Just not great at all.. we got there at 7pm to check in.. mind you check in is usually 3pm. Got inside the lobby and waited for 15 minutes just for the room to be “not ready”. We are told to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes to come back and to get the key. We head back in after to see not a single soul in the lobby.. a whole half hour we get the key (the lady at front desk was taking her sweet time) And to make things so much better even after the heinous wait we open our door to see the cleaning lady probably 20% done with our room.. scrubbing the bathroom. We as kindly as possible ask her to leave since we simply can’t wait any longer since we had to be somewhere at 8. We had a room to ourself finally after an hour. Just horrible. Only reason this isn’t 1 star is because the room does the job, nothing special but at least it was fine. Oh and the toilet seat was broken which the house keeping said she’ll fix but I did not have time for that.

Although it was non smoking room it smell of smoke sheets were not clean floor were dirty AC did work well though. Like it had big rig parking . Overall 2/ 3

Terrible service. They showed us 3 different rooms and all were completely dirty. First room was littered with cigarettes , second room hasn’t even been cleaned yet and had beer cans, stained bed with sheets on the floor and trash. Third room was filled with bugs. If you need to find a “lady of the night” there was plenty women standing out front asking for a “good time”. Lots of second 8 people and housing. Unsafe for anyone

It was clean. Only negatives were people smoking an illegal substance and no housekeeping. Above

No toilet paper in room, no television. Staff would not answer phone so you had to go to the office where the staff was not helpful nor friendly

Close to the freeway. False advertising. I got a completely different run down room than what was pictured when I booked.

Need more parking

Outlets to charge me devices and phones. Small tv. Hardly any ventilation.

I did not like anything about the property. It’s smelled like an overwhelming amount of smoke, and it was a non-smoking room. The shower did not work in our entire three night stay. Maintenance. Never came in to clean the sheets or give us more towels. There was only one toilet paper provided for the entire three days. We asked for more and they only gave us one more. We had to shower with buckets because the water did not work in the shower AT ALL. We were taking water from the sink to the shower. It was the worst stay ever.

Bed bugs, blood on the mattress.

The price was affordable , the ac worked really good The water pressure sucked, the dirty sheets were stained and noticeable, the mold stains on the bed protectors.

No coffee in the studio suites office after 12 pm, any coffee drinkers during the day and evening bring BYOC... I drink coffee day and evenings no coffee means = Alcohol I had to BMOA... LoL... but would have preferred coffee.

Everything was a great...

Price was good. We were refused a room because they did have single bed one 2 queen beds, and raising the price.
