Customer service is not good at all. I called and was told they didn’t have any rooms. I went online and they had plenty of rooms. They don’t want to deal with customers

Very clean, smelled great throughout the building, desk staff very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Cold water for shower. Room service beating on my door like a cop while I was getting my things packed to leave and taking a cold shower.

Breakfast was good ? All was good. Nothing was bad.
-
Elevator broken had to take stairs, staff could not lookup my account number and assign to my reservation

The lobby is really nice and lots of places to sit and enjoy a good breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The room had a strong mildew smell, couch old and worn, and bathroom had mold around shower pan. I hoped for a little more from a Holiday Inn.
