Initial room type booked had issues with the pullout coach was moved to a double bedded room. The room had an odor like spiked carpet. Which ended up being a leaky sink (found out on Friday night 6/3)..towels were damp that's held under the sink and the carpet had a wet stain as well. Went down stairs mentioned tmit to the night agent he stated he made notes to follow up in the am. Saturday 6/4 morning I shared pictures of the water spots and residue. The front desk agent stated they could only offer a room swamp (accorded after 6pm). The new room was worse, carpet had stains, gum, chips under the sink, a dead roach, and another leaky sink. After sharing my concerns with the agent after the move. He stated somethingal along the lines of all rooms may have similar issues. Being mindful of the hospitality pov, as a guest, that's not a solution to a problem. Which I understand that may have been all he could offer at the time. I hate the saying well you get what you pay for .. and it seems like this place is exactly that. The property isn't cared for, they need a QA and if they had one recently the should take that report seriously for the guest paying to stay at their establishment, regardless of the affordable rate. Take pride in your building and your staff

Breakfast was good every morning
-
As for the outside premises they were full of beer cans n water bottles unprofessionally cleaned. But as everything else it was nice and comfortable
-
I like the fact that it was close to: 1. A freeway 2. A little store 3. Good places to eat

Stayed on the first floor. When we arrived the room had a musty smell to it. On the second night water was coming into our room from the next room. Morning of departure they told us a pipe had broken in the next room. Room looked nothing compared to the pictures with the exception of the dining area.

The room was very clean at check in and staff was pleasant throughout my stay. I don’t eat breakfast but from what I observed the prep was done with excellence

Only 15mins to downtown San Antonio, nice pool and rooms. Amazing breakfast as I’ve come to expect from Country In Pool furniture rather lacking and in disrepair - could do with replacing. No complimentary coffee as other hotels and Country Inns I’ve stayed in.

Upon entering the lobby the whole place stinks like wetness. They had fans on the carpet towels on the floor of the ice maker. Our room smelled like mold I found a huge roach dead sitting in the room. The mattress under the covers are stained the bathroom is tiny. None of the outlets work. They are all loose I could barely charge my phone. The cords kept slipping off. I tried the usb connections and the regular plug ins and they all kept slipping. Really the main issue really is the smell it just stunk the whole time. Idk if they just had a water issue while I was there but it smelled nasty. When going on a trip I look forward to the comfortable beds they have… that’s not the case here. The bed was so rough and I could feel the springs when laying on it. I was definitely disappointed as soon as I saw the room and lobby. The staff was nice didn’t really talk to them much but they did their job checked me into the hotel. No issue with them. For the amount of money I spent I expected a little better. I’m not too picky or a karen just a 25 year old who values what her money goes into.

The shower water would not get hot. Both my husband and I had to take cool water showers at different times of the day.

I requested 2 queen size beds tru hotels.com they did advertise that the hotel had them and I selected the room with queen beds as I get to the room I'm noticed that the beds were full I went to the front desk to let them know I paid for queen bed they informed me that they do not have queens at all in their rooms only full hotel.com post false advertisement but the staff at the hotel was a very great other than that the hotel needs to do some work in their rooms also hotels.com said that there would be blow dryers and there was no blow dryer in there

Worst experience ever. Super dirty room, had cocroaches, ac was dysfunctional, room smelt bad, hooks were broken in the toilet, towels smelt and staff did not do anything after complaining.I have booked though Expedia so many times but never had such bad experience. Though it is a chain of Radisson holtels, so it would be great but it was a very disappointing experience. Don't book this hotel ever.

The carpets in this entire place are nasty and in desperate need of replacing, both the hallways and the rooms I experienced. First room which I booked the A/C was not working (carpet had visible bad stains) and the clerk quickly assisted and got me into a new room. But even the new room's carpet was badly stained, and in addition was wet from the refrigerator leaking which was also damaging the furniture. But the bedding was clean, the A/C worked and the bathroom was clean. My only other complaint other than the disgusting carpets would be the bath towels, they were so rough and felt like sandpaper on my skin. A little fabric softener would go a long way with the towels. The breakfast was good though, and the employees were all pleasant.

Everything was good.. the hallway rugs need an update but it was good place to stay and close to the hospital
