10 vehicles broken into while security working, staff uncaring!

Moldy curtains and bathroom door wouldn’t close. I had to beg for towels. The breakfast bar was so crowded it was like a zoo. The hot tub was too cool and jets barely working.

Very nice place to stay. Breakfast was good, all the staff were friendly and very welcoming. I really enjoyed staying here.

Had a great experience at this location and easy access to downtown

Room was filthy. White bed cover had stains of who knows what. tv remote was broken with no channel guide sheet. Headboard was disgustingly dirty.

The tv didn’t work at all and the shower cold water didn’t work so I spent to much time trying to take a bath

I stayed on 8th floor and the water never came warm to take a shower I have to bath with cold water.

This was a decent stay. The hotel is well kept, the breakfast is good, and the staff are very polite. A huge thank you to Olga in the lounge, who was so friendly and welcoming! My only issue was that my room had stained bed sheets when I arrived. I told the front desk, and they quickly brought up clean ones to fix the problem. Good service overall!

Hotel smelled and Ronna smelled horrible. Only 1 soap and 1 shampoo no body wash and conditioner.

The room was clean but all the lampshades were stained and torn and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We had to take the back off to flush manually. There was only shampoo and a soap bar for toiletries, not a full set like our previous LaQuinta stay with another property.

The staff make the stays more comfortable and enjoyable. We’ve made new friends with the staff. We can count on them to help us and make sure we’re okay. The lady ( Olga) ) that provides the breakfast service is an absolute pleasure to have her cooking and check up on the quality of the food . My family and I are very happy to stay there when we can.
