La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Medical Ctr NW

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to our next stay.

The beds were not attached to headboard so they Moved, but I thought maybe so they could vacuum underneath bed. But Nope it was Very Dusty. I think they were under staffed

I am also a 100% Disabled Veteran with a trained service dog that alerts me for medication. I explained her specific ADA task and provided my VA paperwork. I filled out their required animal agreement, and my service dog was never left unattended during our stay. After checking out on the 5th, I found unauthorized charges for both parking and a 'pet fee' on my card, even though my rooms were fully prepaid. When I called to resolve this, the lady even remembered me, and said I should not have been charged for either fee and blamed a new employee for the mistake. But then she also stated a refund 'might' be approved with no clear timeline of how long it would take. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel to charge these fees, especially when the free parking was part of hotels.com agreement.

my restroom toilet handel was broken and the air made too much noise, ask for extra pillow for the pack and play and staff never took it over to my room

The bed comforter was dirty and bedsheets had urine stains. We were offered a different room and it too, had a dirty comforter and urine stained sheets. 2 out of the 3 rooms had urine stained bedsheets. The 3rd room was clean but had a strong humid smell. A bath towel had a 2 inch hole in it. There was no ice available. It seems strange that all the ice machine would stop working at the same time, which leads me to believe they were purposely turned off. The credit card I used to make the reservation was charged BEFORE my arrival even though I chose the option to pay ON my arrival. When I asked why that was done, the staff member replied “Had my credit card not been valid. They would’ve canceled the reservation”. Why give the option to pay at the hotel if it’s not truly an option?

Ice machines didn't work. Breakfast was minimal selections.

It was a great stay for my family, staff was amazing!

Building is old, it smells, elevator shakes, large dining area but small section for breakfast buffet making people crowd in that small area. Pool is small, and hot tub is very small 2 people only size. Walls are dirty, small shampoo bottles and a bar of soap that smells bad. This place is not a 3 star hotel its a 2 star at best .

It was a great stay. The front desk was welcoming and helpful. The bedroom was a decent size. The location seemed to be safe.

Because breakfast hours were an hour later due to a holiday and I had an early appointment, I was not able to eat breakfast. It was Juneteenth
