Days Inn by Wyndham Central San Antonio NW Medical Center

This place was clean and staff were friendly and helpful and pool and hot tub were nice only issue I had was could not figure out how to turn on the shower and wish there was more plugs in the room especially by the bed

The breakfast can be better, but the hot spa and pool were very clean and staff was nice

If I could share a picture how nasty the Cleaning of the room was Super noisy cleaninees below standards Fridge smelly / fish The shower. Nasty rep and do on

I didn't like they complimentary a breakfast because it was just waffles n toast

Our stay was nice and we had an issue with the TV not working, but that was about all it was clean. Nice pool kept clean overall it was an excellent stay.

Poor breakfast options, great shower pressure

I don't know why they don't have a water dispenser. The ones in other locations have it. And also the rooms were too small.

Bathroom shower had cracks in walls with open holes. Exterior door didn't seal tightly allowing bugs and other creatures to enter. Ended up checking out early and requiring a refund after only making it thru one night of eight.

Cockroaches were in the property in our room on the bed

I DID LIKE THE BED IT WAS NICE. THE BATHTUB DIDNT LOOK CLEAN AND WE FOUND A ROACH COMING OUT OF THE WALL

I liked that the property was close to places that I needed to visit. I also like the fact that I could get two different main food options at walking distance. The rooms are definitely not soundproof. I could hear my neighbors talking or on their cell phones while they were in their rooms and I in my room. even though it is close to the highway with the proper windows, I am sure that some of the noise from the highway could have been avoided. One main thing, however, that I do not like about the property is that it is not well kept. The rooms appeared to be cleaned, however, on closer inspection, there are signs of dirt, food particles beads, hair and other items from previous guest. One major thing to note as well is that there were obvious signs of BODY FLUID from guest before on the sheets for carpet and even the toilet seat. I felt so grossed out and had to make contacts with the office. They did change my room however, the mental impact was already done.

Rooms were kind of okay but their breakfast had barely anything to eat just bread, waffels and yogurt

Had to move 3 times to get a clean room. The rooms were filthy & never cleaned. The sheets itched. Pool was decent
