This place was good and bad. First of all, the person working the front desk was excellent. Very good customer service and he was friendly. The room was just okay. The AC was much needed and awesome. There was no coffee maker. There were three towels and only two wash cloths. They only provided shampoo and a bar of soap. No conditioner or body lotion, which I tend to not bring on short trips any longer. The cleanliness of the room needed much improvement. The bathroom floors were pretty gross and almost looked like mud in the corners. There was plenty of mildew in the shower and on the ceiling. On the bright side, the beds were comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet considering how close it was to the highway. The "breakfast" was sad. All they had was bread and frozen waffles to toast. The coffee machine offered up a watered down version of coffee. It was so watered down that it just tasted like hot dirt water. I didn't bother trying the juice as I assumed it would be as watered down as the coffee. The vending machine that offered drinks and snacks had Bounce laundry sheets for sale in it as well, so our bottled water smelled like Bounce. I tried to get a candy bar and it got stuck. The hotel refunded my money. Overall, not terrible, but also not great. I would definitely pick a different place if I ever find myself in San Antonio again.

Location close to bus stop, and a couple of restaurants. Small, but adequate pool area (key card required) Vending machine. Breakfast was small, but again adequate to start your day. Mini fridge in room. Bath, but no plug.

Staff was friendly and polite I was able to see my car from my room, bed was comfortable. Price wasn't too bad No free breakfast, pressure water was low and no slip resistant mat in shower, and bedding and towels and room need to smell like you just walked into a refreshing room of just washed laundry clean pile.

Very clean facility. We especially liked the outdoor pool and hot tub. The parking lot was clean, the staff was kind, and everything was smooth.

Found a roach. The room didn’t feel like it had been cleaned. Staff were pleasant and quick to help. But just was not impressed with the roach.

The property was a lil ghetto. Some crazies hanging around. However, the pool amd hot tub were very clean and refreshing. The room was clean amd comfortable. The ac had us freezing. The bed was very soft and had decent sheets.
