Nothing Everything, there were roches and bugs, it was dirty, just horrible

Worse experience ever I booked and when I arrive staff on the front desk horrible rude and seem upset for bothering no late but I mean it’s a hotel it was a last minute thing and we was able to get out room or even advise the manager or anything horrible situation ever..

NOTHING I was over charged through booking.com paid $71 through booking and when I arrived at the hotel they had a sign up that saying summer special $49.99. The room was disgusting. Restroom was gross filthy shower seemed like it was leaking all night. The mini stove in the kitchen was so dirty and filthy. Sheets were stained so gross and since they don't give refunds I had stay in that mess of a hotel. This is the first time I get ripped off by booking.com so disappointed I'm booking directly next time.

Just the location Room 210 A/C was broken and didn’t blow cold room temp was 92 degrees at nighttime. They moved me to room 204 but it didn’t have a remote when I asked for one they couldn’t help me, also found roaches crawling on the bed and pillows.

Overbook room did not have rules available in charged for room. No Service was there to help accommodate for lack of rooms.

Very disappointing experience. I booked my room two beds in advance, but when I arrived, they told me there were no rooms two beds available. It was incredibly frustrating after making a reservation and expecting everything to be ready. The staff offered little help, and I was left scrambling to find another place to stay. I would not recommend booking here if you expect your reservation to be honored.

My son and I got attacked by bed bugs, no toilet paper paid for 2 beds and ended up with a king size bed, you can see the bed bug build up the staff didn't accommodate for any of the disconvinence

The hotel manager was as attentive as he could be! The entire hotel is disgusting. There are roaches, the room smelled of mildew, the tub was absolutely grotesque. Full of hair and old dirt, towels and sheets were horribly stained. I was charged more than discussed for early check in and the manager just pretended what I said was incorrect.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was hit with a fee in addition to what I'd already paid Expedia, which I'd been led to believe was payment in full. Beyond that, the bed was at least comfortable; however, the TV didn't work, the towels were dirty, and the shabby curtains on the window offered scant privacy. I'm a pretty no-frills traveler and don't expect much from a budget hotel, and even my meager expectations went unmet. Stay anywhere but here.

I was told they take pets got there and they said they did not and my dogs are esa so I got charged for 2 nights and so far only have access c to the $10 they gave back to me The staff the owner is a mess.

For one the front desk charges more than online and even from what their banners say and the price varies from staff to customer though the current owner is super nice the property can use some help and I plan to help make it happen.

We arrived at Super 7 Inn By OYO San Antonio NW Medical center 3414 Fredericksburg. Rd, hotel at 9:00 pm My reservation were for 2 rooms for 3 nights thru Expedia. The hotel díd not honor expedia third party price. They wanted to charge an additional $20 room fee per room per night!!! Which would have been $120.00 added to what I had already paid. The hotel would not refund my paid reservation, In addition, this location is ghetto, and un safe. I had to get Expedia involved since Super 7 Inn would not provide a refund. The consistent calling between expedia and súper 7 exclalation department. delayed caused us to be searching for a new hotel to spend the night. We were a family of 8, with 5 granddaughters we ended checking inn at our new accomadations close to 1200 mid night. Worst experience ever!!

Upon arrival there were additional fees that were assessed that were not disclosed online. Specifically a $25 fee if the online rate was under $50.

When we attempted to request a refund, the staff had already closed for the night and did not respond to calls. We chose to leave the property due to the poor conditions and are now seeking a refund. This was one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve had, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
