DoubleTree by Hilton San Antonio Northwest

It was a busy weekend with the holiday so I understand a few things. There was only 1 working elevator. It was very shaky as well. It was very dirty. The hallways were stale and hot. Room was decent. Comforter had yellow stains and shower had hair on the wall. We went for the location to Fiesta Texas which it was fairly conveniently located.

“Overall, our stay was good, but we were disappointed with the elevator. It was extremely slow and there was often a long wait due to the number of guests staying at the hotel. We also noticed several vehicles parked improperly, taking up extra spaces and making parking more difficult. We hope these issues can be improved for future guests.” ⭐⭐ ☆☆☆

Love the location. Around the corner from La Cantera outdoor mall and restaurants. The facility was quiet, at night. Happy and friendly staff. The beds were hard to sit on but lying down was fine. Minor things like the elevator only one door worked on ground level. Would stay again.

Got the place for someone else and they did not complain

Clean. Spacious. Good location. -

Room was clean enough, one elevator down and the one we rode in sounded like it was also about to break down. Never anyone at the bar to serve during our stay. Landscaping was awful, weeds and unmowed.

No breakfast, location was good Cost was not what was posted on app…. No water pressure. Water tasted and smelled bad. House keeping arrived at 18:30, way too late.

Everything Anything

The breakfast was great also the server was very generous. Our room look very nice and cozy we didn’t want to wake up and check out.

Hotel was fine. We hadn’t stayed at a Double Tree in many, many years. The Double Tree quality wasn’t up to the standards we remembered it being in the past, but the pricing matched the stay. The AC seemed to reset a couple of times during the night and we’d have to wake up to lower the temp back down. San Antonio in general has gone downhill…all areas have their own level of sketchiness…including the La Cantera area (slightly sketchy, on a scale of none to very sketchy). On the bright side, the staff were wonderful and the room was fairly clean.

The bed was comfortable I was given the wrong room

Only one elevator was working and the A/C on the floor was not working (3rd Floor) Very uncomfortable. For the price you are charging shouldn't have those lingering problems.

LOCATION ROOM AND BREAKFAST.

Staff was very attentive. Gym area was nice and clean. Gated parking was a plus. The knob got the shower had no markings which way was hot or cold. Hot water was excessively hot.

Staff was very friendly and helpful Restroom was not cleaned before I arrived, shower pressure wasn’t the best.

The A.C. was noisy.

The bed sheets were not soft

It was gated & near a lot of food Nothing at all it was good over all
