Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Landmark

Everything was excellent

The only downside of our stay was having to pay for parking. As hotel guests, we wish parking had been complimentary. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Clean property. Lots of options for breakfast. My only complaint would be you have to pay for parking.

Staff and property were great!

Bottomline is, if my wife loved it, it has to be great. Everything was just as we wanted it. A job well done for us. Thank you.

Loved the front desk clerk he remembered by daughters name and that it was her birthday! I believe his name was lance. Loved the happy hour and the breakfast. Will definitely stay at embassy suites again. Only bummer is because i booked with Expedia i didn’t get Hilton points

Great staff, rooms are great and very clean

Property was safe. Decent—the room was somewhat clean; however when my husband and I went to pull out the sofa bed (our children slept in the queen beds)it was full of crumbs (and I mean like 3 smashed up cookies in the sofa bed and underneath the couch). It was gross! When requesting someone to please bring a vacuum so I could clean it I waited over 2 hours. Finally a gentleman came (after my husband limped downstairs to complain —he’s in crutches) and stated he would write a report regarding the incident to submit the next morning. I went to bed around 1:00 am after having called and made the initial request at 10:45pm (apparently the staff leaves at 10:30 pm). —mind you I was told someone would be with me shortly and called 2 more times thereafter to be greeted by a hold signal. I am not the type to write review; however that experience did upset considering I purposefully booked this hotel because I wanted to have a nice experience on our family vacation. Parking was packed with cars on the exterior due to a convention. Cleanliness was questionable.

Great amenities and clean rooms. Nice place for a mini vacation. Only negative was the pool was a little small.

Gated and secure parking lot. The breakfast was delicious. The room was absolutely exquisite. Comfortable beds and large bathroom.

And most important , great location close to UTSA.

Overall hotel vibe, evening reception, location and staff are good. Room was not clean when we checked in. Floor was dirty and sheets looked like they were reused. Secondly, the shower was extremely bad. No pressure and absolutely bad. Cannot believe a hotel that calls itself 4 star has a shambles shower.

We have being staying in this hotel for the past year my son it’s in college and we stay here every time we come to visit him. We usually stay in this location at least 2 nights went we come to San Antonio .

Location, comfortable beds. Happy hour only bud light on tap, so white guy infront of me asks for bud light and bartender say we're out of bud light I'll have to change the keg, offers him a different beer from tap "free of charge open bar 5-7" . Then I ask for bud light and get charged for choosing a different beer and not offered the same as guy before me. Staff treating people differently is a big thumbs down for me! Other than that place was great.

My visits has been very pleasant.
