Aloft by Marriott San Antonio UTSA Area

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are trendy and and a good vibe, but also very clean and well-maintained. The amenities were great as well. The pole was clean and the bar area was clean as well. The check-in process was very fast and they are more to more than happy to accommodate a late check out up to one hour. I would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Even the smell from the lobby was amazing. Friendly staff, spacious room, comfy bed.

The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioning would stop at night, it made a lot of noise every time it turned on, and it started to get hot.

Everyone was so nice

Everything, the staff , cleanliness, location, rooms, literally everything about this hotel is great There was nothing about this property I didn’t like.

The room was pretty clean. I paid for breakfast and the breakfast person had an emergency. There was no microwave or hand soap. There was only one cup for coffee in the morning. Not enough parking.

It’s nice and staff are friendly and well trained but you will have to deal with faulty issues. The door scanners are falling off and while it was raining, water leaked into the room from the ceiling and around the AC. There was no manager on site so we had to stay in the room with wet furniture.

The hotel was very modern and the rooms very spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. I love the size of the hotel and how easy it was to het around.

The air conditioning was not working. The beds sink in the middle .

Hotel was super clean and nice! The staff always greeted you. Beds comfortable. You will have to pay for breakfast they only credit to your card on file. There is a great burger and taco place walking distance. I will definitely stay again

Great location, very nice staff. Room was comfortable, but hardly no furniture...No dresser and comfortable chair.

Place is new and clean. The rooms are a bit small. Just a heads up breakfast is not included. The Expedia app says yes.
