WoodSpring Suites San Antonio UTSA - Medical Center

Kind staff clean place and peaceful I can't say anything stirred me off

The best thing.

No house keeping even if requested. Have to take your own trash out, have to request fresh towels AND you have to take them to the front desk yourself.

The clear choice to stay.

Good customer service, great attention. The area is very nice, with shopping centers and restaurants.

I love this hotel because it's one of the best in San Antonio. It's the cleanest, the mattresses aren't stained, and it's quiet. It's in an excellent area, and the reception staff are friendly and answer all your questions. It's a 5-star hotel.

The room smelled musty. It was three people, and they could only give me two towels and if I use the towels, I have to go back to the office and get fresh towels, which I find wrong and they don’t clean the room but every other week it’s what she told me because it’s an extended stay motel

good parking, but was warned about theft.

Superb

Fast check out and great hotel . Room was clean . I enjoyed my stay

There were fleas in my room and did not get good sleep but I had no choice to be in the room due to the outages in my neighborhood

Our car was burgled very early in the morning along with 4 other cars. Back passenger glass was smashed and valuables taken. Some cars had 3 glasses smashed. It was so traumatic for all victims. No security outside to at least watch the cars of their guests.

Exceptional

Good

Location! Can walk to Walmart, Sam's Club and restaurants. Bus stops in front of hotel that takes you downtown. Front Office closed overnight.

Front Office closed overnight.

Always Clean. Mattress could be better though.

Disappointing

No staff up at front when checking in.. smelled horribly ( cigarettes and marijuana) dirty floors.. dirty bed, bugs, tv not working/ remote.. elevator not working from 4th floor. Will never stay at this place again.
