Always Clean. Mattress could be better though.

No staff up at front when checking in.. smelled horribly ( cigarettes and marijuana) dirty floors.. dirty bed, bugs, tv not working/ remote.. elevator not working from 4th floor. Will never stay at this place again.

THEY WERE OVER BOOKED AND I DID NOT GET THE ROOM I WAS SUPPOSED . THEY STATED IT WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE 3RD PARTY BOOKING .COM

I was very happy with my stay at the hotel. I needed a place to stay for 2.5 weeks until I got my apartment. I knew that I would get tired of staying in a small hotel room and having to eat out every night so I wanted to pick a place with a kitchen and a large fridge. I was a little hesitant at first if it would be a good option based on other reviews being all over the place but decided to book it and I was very happy with my stay. The room was very big and I had a couch in it as well. The room itself and the hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. This hotel is for people that need something simple. If you are looking for a place with a pool and daily breakfast and amenities this is not the place for you but if you need a big room where you can cook yourself and don´t need those extra things, this is perfect. The area itself is also great, there is a Walmart within walking distance and a lot of restaurants close by as well. They also have washers and dryers where you just pay using an app so very easy and I never had to wait for a washer or dryer to be available. Overall this was great value and I would stay here again. The only thing that I would say is that the cleaning schedule was a little confusing because nobody came to clean on the day that I was told but then they came on a different day. So I had to go a couple of times to the front desk to get change of towels, toilet paper and trash bags which was not a big deal.

Bathroom sink was clogged up and there’s no coffee makers in the rooms. Overall good price to just go sleep and get out.

I really love this hotel; it was built in 2022 and is spotless throughout—there’s no accumulated grime like in places that aren't cleaned properly, and the mattresses aren't stained. The front desk staff are very friendly and provide quick service. I love this hotel—thanks to everyone for such excellent service.🤗

My stay at this hotel was pleasant. It is centrally located around many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, movie theaters and is not far from Six Flags. The staff was AMAZING!!! Very kind, professional yet funny and accommodating. My only issue was on the day of check-in I found my floor to be a bit dirty and there was an unusual smell throughout the hotel except for the lobby. Normally I would not complain about something so small but I have issues with my nose that triggers migraines. I will say I did have a migraine throughout my stay. This is the only reason I give this place a 4 out of 5. If not for that this place would be a 5 out of 5.
