Very comfortable A.c on 1 of the bedrooms didn't work

I will never stay at this place again. I left my wedding ring in room 317 and they claim it’s not there. I have filed a police report. We stayed two nights. The day we arrived no one was at the front desk, I had to ring a bell. The guy who checked me in was very dry. You get what you pay for. I’m so upset that house keeping couldn’t do the right thing and turn the ring in. They are thieves here. When asked for the managers name, I was told name is Mr. Patel.

Clean, spacious room, nice shower pressure. Staff is very friendly, housekeeping made sure we had fresh towels.

NA We got there late at night looking for a nice comfortable place to sleep after an almost 5 hour drive, got there and there were police officers that were called to get someone out of the hotel. After getting our room key the room was still dirty; microwave had greasy fingerprints all over, mini fridge had left over wings from a previous guest, bed was very stiff, mirror from the closet had fingerprints as well & the room had like a weird smell (almost like if someone had smoked in there) very bad experience. We did not bother to stay. We left immediately to another hotel.

Got 2 rooms for my brother and I and our families…His room was dirty chicken wings still sitting on the counter my room i couldn’t even get in key card didn’t work what’s so ever got it changed 3 times nothing Nothing

Room No clean, the personal was very nice with everything.

Great stay. Clean property. Nice comfy beds. Great breakfast selection. Would stay again.

Staff was exceptional !! Room smelled like mildew⁷⁹¹

After a long day at SeaWorld, we got back to the hotel and the electricity in the facility was off. We had to quickly find a new hotel for our family stay that night. We were so disappointed.

Didn’t get to check in , bad storm the night before . Hotel only had power to half of their rooms .

Breakfast was not very good the hot food was not hot and there was not a very big variety of food. The staff never spoke to you!

A storm went by and knocked out the electricity late night. Would have appreciated a notice as to what they were going to do. It wasn’t on when we checked out at 11:00.

One of the beds it was broken we couldn’t use it and the pool was nasty it wasn’t clean the 2 days we stay there

No roaches Lights, door latch, phone, remote control, fire alarm not working. Pool very dirty, elevator makes scary noise, warm breakfast was big chunky egg and sausage, coffee maker at breakfast area not working just giving tinted water (no coffee), towel area at the pool was full of trash instead of towels so no towels yet sign read "towels", linen questionably clean, dirty microwave, room coffee filter was moist

Breakfast is always good. Location is good too. First time had a problem No A/C good in five rooms I looked at to replace the room we reserved. Not able to move me to a comparable room to the one we reserved when there was a problem with A/C in first room and big sink hole in one of the beds in the second room we were moved to. Not a good experience this time at all.
