Very nice place, excellent staff

loved everything about this hotel especially the garage , every other hotel had bad reviews about cars getting broke into but this one has a gate and security and i had nothing to worry about also the staff infront was so friendly

The buffet breakfast was very good and well stocked and maintained, the evening manager reception was excellent and plentiful.

Best hotel, way better than Hilton and other similar chains.

Beware. San Antonio is redoing the interchange in front of the hotel. Routes changed nightly while we were there (June 2026)

elevators were a problem.. a big problem. We learned to use the stairs. Food and location are great, but gets a little crowded feeling with the complimentary food and drinks.

We had a wonderful stay at the Drury Inn! The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The complimentary evening snacks and drinks were such a nice bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was clean, relaxing, and a big hit with our family. What truly made our visit special was the amazing staff—they were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Drury Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel with exceptional service!

Breakfast was very good. I love waffles. The staff was great. Every staff member from check i , housekeeping and breakfast staff were all great. Every member acknowledged us and offered their assistance. We've never had such a warm welcome throughout our stay from check in to check out. That is a great representation for Drury because it always starts with management. Thank you for a great experience.

It was near fiesta Texas and other venues that we visited. All of the construction going on, it was a nightmare at times. Elevator issues , we were waiting a long time just to get an elevator.

Be prepared to wait for elevators, they can take a while depending on the time of day. Pool area isn’t that large but it is nice having an indoor pool. I loved how secure the property is and being able to catch the elevator from the garage straight to your room floor.

Everything. The elevators. I can hear them from my room and it took long especially when checking out.

Will definitely stay again

We had to stay s week our apartment was being painted. So we made it into a little vacation. The rooms and the service was amazing yet I wouldn’t eat the food. They served the same food the 5 days we were there and sometimes my grandchildren swore it was left overs.

The food is awful. Yet the kids loved the pool.

The service was truly exceptional and we had the privilege of staying for 5 days. My apartment was getting painted. Although the breakfast and snacks didn't quite meet my expectations, experiencing the same food for breakfast and dinner for 5 days in a row was a transformative opportunity to cultivate gratitude and appreciate life's simple joys. I truly cherished the 3 free adult beverages. My granddaughter said don’t they know how to make any other food. Poor baby shes said the only thing she enjoyed was the pool.
