Having to pay for parking. It should be provided by the hotel.

I enjoyed the location in proximity to the area I was disappointed that I had to pay for parking. I usually stay at the Marriott bon voyage and I will tell you that the amenities there are far greater for the same price. The beds are soft and very good to sleep in. They hold up very well and the parking although, tends to be congested and is the first comes first serve and does not charge to park in the parking lot. I feel like this fee should not exist. You’re paying to stay in the hotel and the parking should be free unless you’re paying for valet service. The other issue that was very disappointing was the stability of the beds there they were subpar not comfortable and very squeaky, extremely squeaky. The beds need to be replaced because they are done.

Always clean and friendly staff Cost could be better
-
Parking is inconvenient, have to pay diferent from hotel bill, Parking expires before your check out. Should be the same time. I will not be going back there again.
-
Toilet wouldn’t flush had to fix it. Tv turns on but no picture needs to be upgraded. Water pressure in shower not worth staying there. Shower head is for 20 dollar a night hotel .

Perfect location for shopping Not having free breakfast
-
Loved the location and view. Alexis from the front desk was very attentive and excellent in assisting us the days we were there! She’s one of the main reasons I will rebook with this hotel!
-
AC did not cool room, room and hallway had a terrible smell and the pillows were as flat as folding a towel and using that
-
Hotel is nice but they don’t tell you that you have to pay to park there when you’re already paying to stay there. They tell you that after check in.
-
Downside is the Extra $10 per night for parking and the fact the you have to pay for breakfast that is nothing other than a Continental breakfast. It is cheaper and you get a better meal for breakfast if ya just go somewhere else for breakfast. Only 1 elevator worked. And Hotels.com fails to mention the $150 deposit you have to pay when you arrive. Even though ya get it back, it should however be mentioned as it is not.
-
No hotel shuttle as advertised, no free breakfast as advertised, pool was cloudy and hot tub was broken.

I personally found everything great

Comfortable stay . Stayed there previously
-
The rooms were clean and the a/c worked great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.
-
Not much Torn wallpaper, dirty elevator floor, missing light fixtures, pool light fallen out and putting kids at risk. They had a janky arrangement where you had to pay a third party to park on the property, even though it was an open asphalt paved lot. I could go on and on.
-
The room was clean but the shower floor creaked when you were inside. It made you feel like you were going to fall through the floor. The shower door also bangs when it closes so beware. The staff were helpful and there was an ice machine on our floor which is not as common now-a-days. The breakfast was not great so I would recommend going out.

Good place
-
Perfect stay for a shopping spree and great dining at The Rim. Paying a parking fee.
-
Its close to six flags We had to pay for parking

The property was clean, except for the seating area in the lobby had quite a few dirty chairs. But the biggest issue, albeit a minor one, is that there is a step lid garbage can near the coffee that is broken. So you have to touch it with your hands to open it, and it was overflowing every single day we were there. Empty the trash people! And replace that garbage can.
