Rooms and building was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was nice but pillows we’re horrible. The breast was good.

Excellent option to stay in San Antonio, close to Six Flags and La Cantera. It was super easy to check in and out online, friendly staff, immaculate cleanliness in all areas, good options for breakfast, free parking. Will definitely consider this Hotel for future visits to San Antonio.

The hotel was clean, staff and amenities were all great. My one and only complaint is the building, the rooms are poorly constructed to wear. You can hear everyone around you. It is definitely worth the stay, but bring your earplugs.

The walls are thin. If you want to sleep, bring ear plugs. It's impossible to sleep at this hotel. It's a fairly new hotel but not sure why the hallways smelled like sewer every morning. The breakfast was great, the only issue is the noise. It sounded like a marching band above us. We could hear people talking all night. It's impossible to sleep.

It was a good stat. I’d return for sure but I would request a top floor because whoever was above me was extremely heavy footed when walking. Also I’d request a non conjoined room. The people were very hard of hearing because they talked really loud. Other than that, a good stay.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was the King bed with kitchenette. Very spacious room and kitchen was great. The bathroom was very large as well. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was great. Close to plenty of restaurants, shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend this hotel. The location was also close to downtown San Antonio. Free breakfast was good too. Will stay here again next time I visit. Nice clean and modern hotel.

We checked in after 3:00pm and they had to check for room availability. Given a room shortly, but felt the shower/ bathroom had not even been cleaned. The shower tiles seem dirty of soap, etc. The shower handle is all loose making it difficult to set the hot or cold water. Need to mess around with it for proper temperature. The shower doors would slide easily and not completely shut. We were missing hand soap, so called the front desk. Cheap quality of towels which need to be replaced. The bathroom floors look filthy and dirty as well. Television not working at first, so called the front desk. We believe they set it or something because began to work all of a sudden. They still came by. Asked at check out when the hotel had been built because it does not look like new at all. A bit run down! Surprised by answer, two years ago. WOW!!

Housekeepers do not speak English and apparently do not understand the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door and kept coming in. This hotel is very “basic.” The breakfast offerings are mediocre at best. The beds are comfortable. Rooms with a kitchenette do have an apartment size refrigerator and glasses, plates and flatware. No frills but decent.

Easy check in, breakfast was okay, gym was clean and nice! The room was nice and clean, but staff were little rude.

Great place to stay at. Breakfast was delicious and a lot on the menu, Rooms are spacious, AC was nice and cool throughout the night, smart tv mounted on the wall with the bed right in front of it. BED AND PILLOWS were magnificent! Slept like a baby. Staff 10/10 stars check in was super easy. Will definitely recommend!

Everything was excellent!

We usually stay at Residence Marriott but thought we would save a little money staying here. Bad decision on our part. You definitely get what you pay for. There was electrical black tape keeping the fire sensor together above the bed. How cheap. Can the maintenance not fix it properly? The cords under the night stands on each side of the bed were coming out and the wood holding them out of sight was just hanging. Bed pillows very uncomfortable. Now I know why I pay alittle extra for the Marriott.
