I had a very pleasant stay, the room was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. The girl at the front desk was soooo nice and helpful! It makes a difference when you get excellent customer service, kudos to her! I’ll be coming back next month for sure.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca de la cantera. Los cuartos son limpios y cómodos. El desayuno es el mismo todos los días, pero tiene lo básico.

There was a smell in the lobby but it was tolerable

The property was located around a large shopping and dining complex. It is well kept. We were on the second floor and there is a loud knocking noise constantly. Also they ran out of MOST of the breakfast items before the breakfast time was over. Overall though, it was worth the money

My family and I stayed 3 nights. We requested to have our room turned over each day In which they only did it once. The light bulb in the entrance way was busted and we had to constantly remind the staff if they could replace it as it made it hard for the family to get ready when the restroom was occupied. We requested new towels when the cleaning ladies were in the hall and they told us they didn’t speak Spanish so when we came back from eating dinner we did not have clean towels nor was our room turned down when we assumed they would do so since they were standing right outside our door. Overall the hotel was clean, breakfast was good and we only had a delightful interaction with 1 and day 2 of the day staff who managed the check in. She was so kind to us. The remainder of the staff if you don’t enjoy your job why are you working with the public. The pool was also a treat. Thank you

Great place to stay with family. Restaurants and shopping walking distance . I would stay here again .
