La Quinta Inn & Suites By Wyndham San Antonio At The Rim

The property was clean. The staff, including housekeeping, was friendly & helpful! Breakfast was well stocked with nice variety. Excellent restaurants & shopping nearby.

No issues during my stay. 2nd or 3rd time staying here. I like the location proximity to the RIM. Tons of food & shopping in the area

The only problem I had was they front desk agent forgot to give me back my ID and lucky the next day we only went to the river walk so I was able to drive back for it

The mattress and pillows are in horrible condition .

Had a great restful time. Staff was polite and helpful. Perfect area at the Rim. Nicest La Quinta I’d stayed at.

Staff has always been so helpful and this has been a very clean and safe space and place to stay

I have 4 stars because there were a few minor items in need of maintenance in our room. We gave a list at check out so hopefully those will be addressed. Great location for exploring the north side of San Antonio. Close to shopping and lots of places to eat. I usually take more pictures but I did get one of the amazing local inspired mural in the main lobby area.

The beds were so comfortable. The room nice and cozy.

The cleanliness was wonderful, enjoyed the pool and cool AC. Nice location and lots of space. Other residents were quite noisy/disruptive. No clear signage to get to outside pool.

Location Loud, dirty, tv didn’t work, coffee was un drinkable, hot water wasn’t hot enough, lighting was awful and the blinds didn’t close well

Great location I got to my room. It was the shower was filthy so then I got transferred to a different room. Couldn’t sleep with all the noise from the people upstairs.

My vehicle was broken in to along with several other vechiles over this past weekend. Camera knocked off the wall and the hotel staff refused to review the video tape or share it so we could take it to the police. After calling the police to file the report for the break in with several other guest as well the hotel staff on duty still refused to cooperate with the police to review the footage and the footage of the camera that wasn't destroyed.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Take your own pillow if you like a certain firmness. Breakfast was very yummy and generous.

Was a nice room a little small but clean I had a good experience other than the bedsheets continuing to slip off everything else was clean

If I could give zero stars, I would. Multiple cars in the hotel parking lot were broken into overnight, including mine. We woke up to smashed windows, stolen belongings, and glass scattered everywhere. The most disturbing part was the hotel staff’s response, especially the front desk employee, who was rude, dismissive, and laughed while guests reported that their vehicles had been vandalized. That level of disrespect and lack of basic human decency is unacceptable. This hotel clearly does not prioritize guest safety or care when serious incidents happen. Stay somewhere else.
