The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Our room was spacious and served it purpose for the visit. A/C was a bit confusing to adjust and maintain temp. But it was better to be cold than muggy hot! Our only other disappointment was finding a dirty toilet when we first got to the room.

I prepaid on Expedia & was charged by hotel as well. They say they will remove the charge but wanted to warn others to check their credit cards to make sure they were not double charged

We had a great stay at TownePlace Suites. I really liked that parking was free! Our room was very clean. The young lady that checked us out quickly saw that there was an error on our bill that I didn't even know about. She was very kind, brought it to my attention and relayed the issue to her manager. Her manager took care of it right away. Great customer service :)
