Tru By Hilton San Antonio At The Rim, Tx

The room layout was nice. Very close to Six Flags making the trip easy.

Overall very good spot not too far from downtown but minutes from Six Flags.

Will stay again

The male manager there at location was extremely rude, never available and could never provide refund for one night that should have been compensated. One of the nights during our stay, the water was completely shut off throughout the whole hotel, and unavailable until the next morning. communication was unprofessional, including staff. First told we would get the refund for that specific night and when discussed, they declined the refund request, Extremely disappointed during our stay and would not recommend hotel.

This place was really nice and affordable. Great staff very helpful. Breakfast was ok I guess did the job. Over all very worth staying we will be back.

Online Very clean

Exceptional

Superb

Location is good Breakfast not great

To much noise on the a/c ventilation

Clean establishment. Quiet and peaceful Too much light would go in thru the side of the curtain

Great spot to get around place we wanted to go to and very friendly

Love it

The front desk associate, Benjamin, was very welcoming and accommodating. He was even kind enough to recommend an itinerary for my girlfriend and me when I mentioned I had surprised her with the trip for her birthday! I also really enjoyed the gym; though it was a bit small, it was well-equipped, and I worked out twice during my weekend stay. I absolutely loved the kettlebells they had! I have no complaints about the hotel! The only downfall was the freeway was shut down due to construction, so we dealt with a lot of traffic. I would recommend checking for any closures before you set out for the day!

For the price. Everything was good

Everything was very clean, comfortable, and overall a great experience.

Relaxing clean environment.

Great location Hallways dirty, elevator dirty, I’m glad the room was clean

Great hotel I use for work and service is always consistent.

Travel here for work and this is for sure the preferred hotel. Great staff, clean rooms, every time.
