I will be sticking to Marriott brand hotels as Hilton has not impressed me while traveling and staying at their brand hotels.

Rooms were very clean, only minor complaint is when we went out for the day we were expecting housekeeping to have gone in and they didn’t, mind you we got back to our room at about 6:00 in the evening. Other than that, everything else was amazing.

It was close to food and shopping. The hallway had looked like food on it where they didn’t vacuum , but other than that it was perfect to everything.

When I called the front desk, the staff responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. About 30 minutes later, a maintenance technician arrived and told us that the issue occurred because the property was fully occupied. Regardless of the reason, this situation was unacceptable and significantly affected our stay.
