Room was cleaned and staff was friendly. Close to places we visited.

Great stay! 8 min from Fiesta Texas with a great shopping center nearby. We had a large group of kids with us and were able to get adjoining rooms. Employees were kind and helpful, would stay here again :)

This property was decently clean but not overly clean. The pool water was mostly clean but the tile sides were super gross and clearly hadn’t been REALLY cleaned in sometime. Our shower had quite a few random hairs which seemed odd since this particular room was handicap accessible so it had a hand held sprayer that could have easily been used to clean the hairs away. There were several things in disrepair throughout the property. Such as the window shade in our room didn’t close. The desk clerk had to come into our room as put towels up to block the street lights for the evening. The pool table was in pretty bad shape and the pool cues we were given had no tips. It seemed very much like the management staff/owner is trying to cut corners anywhere possible. Examples of this are using whole gallons of milk instead of individual containers of milk. Having a note on the yogurt machine that you are only allowed to use the tiny mouthwash size cups for the yogurt. The oatmeal pot lid was held on with binder clips. Overall the stay was okay but I wouldn’t book again with so many other options around.

There was a dog smell everywhere, rooms are too small and staff was not friendly.

Didn’t like we had no place to store clothes while we stayed and the staff was rude when we came down for breakfast saying we close at 9 so you can only grab cereal and it was 8:35am and then I believe they had a sewer issue while we stayed the lobby and halls smelled horrible.

They took down the buffet as I was serving myself. Very rude! Given room on 5th floor. Roof top AC was so loud it kept me up all night. The whole building shook. Terrible experience. This hotel is only a few years old. Staff was rude and took down buffet as I was serving myself. You guys are killing the hotel experience.

We contacted the front desk hoping for a solution. The staff were friendly and responsive in checking, which I appreciate, but we were initially told there was not much they could do since no other rooms were available. Since we arrived around 10 PM, changing hotels at that point was not a realistic option. After we continued reporting the noise issue, the hotel was eventually able to find another available room for us, but by then it was already around 1 AM, after a very frustrating and exhausting experience. My main concerns are: 1. If this room has a known excessive noise issue, guests should be clearly informed before booking. This was never disclosed. 2. I also question whether a room with this level of disturbance should be offered to guests at all. A hotel stay should provide a basic level of comfort and rest, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as this seems like an issue that should be addressed for future guests.
