The water was not working for about 10 hours, we were not able to use restrooms or shower. When expressing concerns to the front desk lady she was very rude and basically passing on the blame along to the manager. Saying he will handle things till the next day, very unprofessional.

The rooms were clean… two small you can hear all the outside noise …

I was not impressed. The room felt dirty and very much like a jail cell if I had to guess. The blinds were torn and taped up. Water pressure was not good all the time.

Great rooms & nice staff. Water went out the morning we were leaving. I understand, things happen & staff offered to let us have late checkout but we had already loaded up & was on our way out.

Despite advertising coffee being available 24/7 it was never available when I wanted to get coffee in the afternoon; twice the coffee was empty and once both coffee containers had been removed. I don’t know if they were being refilled but filling one at a time and leaving the other out for customers would be a better way to do it. That is my only complaint about my stay and I’m only mentioning it because it happened 3 times so it wasn’t just a coincidence!
