Exceptional

The property is beautiful! My 8 year old son LOVED the waterslides. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The restaurant wasn't the best, but it was nice to stay on property for dinner.

Beautiful resort on a hill. Features a Michelin restaurant, several pools, fire pits, huge lawn, several restaurant options from casual to more sophisticated. The resort shows a bit of age but is good for business, girls getaways and families.

Hotel is lovely but there were not enough bar tenders at the pool area for summer time. Very busy. Also our waiter at the restaurant was the rudest I’ve ever had.

Upgrading to the top-floor adults-only level was totally worth it—the exclusive lounge with daily snacks and complimentary drinks made the trip extra special. The room itself had a few small flaws—a firm mattress, no bathroom vent fan, and a weak shower head—but the outstanding service and amenities far outweighed those details. We’d gladly stay here again!

My room was hot and the fan speed didn’t work. Had to move rooms due to the level of noise from both rooms on each side of me I love La Cantera and the Spa and have been several times in the last 9 years. But somewhere the management has ignored the waitstaff.

Definitely a High class resort. Definitely recommend and will be coming back

Nice overall but no attention to detail Dirty food trays (Not ours) were left in our hallway for three days. Why? Pool area was overcrowded every day.

Everything was great

All the amenities were beautiful and we truly enjoyed the kids pool. Only thing that could have been better was the service in the pools, there were a few staff members taking orders for drinks and food but somehow they would always skip us and not acknowledge us. Everyone else was super friendly and helpful except for the staff by the pools, they seemed a lot younger than the other employees. Valet staff was top notch as well as front desk staff.

It was great! The view on 7th floor- staff was excellent-felt like we where at home There was a shortage of available towels at the pool. The mini fridge was not working and it created an inconvenience to store our perishables.

Hotel and staff went above and beyond. The adult pool was amazing, beautiful and relaxing.

So much room at the pool, plenty of seating all day. Exceptional valet and check in staff. Moderately long line at check in on a Friday afternoon but the helpful and attentive staff when you make it through is worth the wait.
