The 5:30-7p kickback was a full on Buffett with free drinks! This is NOW my go to place for San Antonio…no more shopping around.

Loved it there. Free breakfast, free dinner, and 3 free alcoholic drinks a night. You can't beat that. It saved us from spending money on eating out. The rooftop pool was great, it could have been cleaner for sure. There was hair floating in it EVERYWHERE and you could see the oils floating on top from everyone's sunscreen and tanning oils. Other than that, the location is great, the building is great, the staff is great. We would definitely stay again.

My stay was great! The hotel was beautiful. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the pool and hot Tub were amazing!

Everything was exceptional. My only gripe is it can be a bit confusing because there are two drury’s downtown literally 2 mins away from each other , so we got a little lost but the receptionist was extremely helpful in helping us get to the correct place. Once we arrived which was well after check in , the receptionist at the front (Derrick) was very sweet and accommodating. He even upgraded our room to a terrace view on the 12th floor which was absolutely amazing! They serve snacks/dinner in the evening which is incredibly convenient especially if you have little people and the river walk access is on the basement floor. Perfect location and we do plan on booking at this location again! I honestly have nothing bad to say. You can tell the hotel is a little dated but I believe it’s also a historical landmark and I personally love the aesthetic. Overall 10/10 highly recommend and if you’re able to book a terrace room, BOOK IT! The pull out bed was extremely comfortable, so comfortable that my children didn’t want to get out of it. We came for our sons 9th birthday . Side note: if your looking for a theme park/water park to take your kids who have special needs there is a place called Morgan’s wonderland which is only about 15mins away. Our son has DS and they get in free (special needs kids get in free) very nice place with lots of shade and everything including the rides are wheelchair accessible. Loved it! Really busy is all, but a good stay.

Room was really clean and bathroom!!

We had issue with the AC it did not get cool moved to a different room and the lowest the ac went was 75, the pools seemed dirty and getting to the room was very confusing had to take two different elevators and the walk was far to the room every time , called the front desk like 4 times and every time was left on hold also the restaurants at the river walk and shopping is far it’s a long walk!

The only hiccup was the valet parking. They took way too long to bring our car down when we requested it using their system. The hotel is very well located by the Riverwalk, and the breakfast is pretty decent

It was very disappointing: the air conditioner in the room made a very loud noise, the valet adjusted the car seat to his own liking, and—worst of all—my father fell after the floor had been mopped, as there were no warning signs whatsoever; he is a 72-year-old man and is now suffering from back pain.pool very dirty the color of water nasty

The staff is amazing. They defiantly pay attention to details and your needs. The hotel is old but it is very well kept up. Breakfast is awesome. Great variety and taste. The 5:30 snack time is like having a dinner. Delicious food always. Housekeeping excellent. The valet parking is worth the nightly rate. The service is amazing.

I like the location of the hotel it is near pretty much of river walk and others properties.

We had a great time and the entire stay was more value than what we actually paid. This place give you a dinner and breakfast buffet included with your stay and it’s a very decent spread not just the minimum. Plus if you’re over 21 you get 3 free drinks every day of your stay for happy hour. I took my two kids for a staycation and we stayed one night here could not of been happier with the stay and all the value it added with two free meals. Definitely would recommend and we will be back.
