I loved this suite a a lot. The best breakfast and friendly valet service
-
My room had roaches and the room is basically falling apart. The door safety lock came off and the tap on the door now for the key also came off the ventilation in the restroom was horrible The smoke alarms were hanging off the ceiling. Breakfast was bad.

Liked everything about the hotel
-
room was very clean and nice!
-
They do not allow oversized vehicles like they promote. God forbid ypur pulling a little haul trailer for family adventures
-
Maintenance checked the room and pointed a temperature gun at the vent, then proceeded to tell us that the air was coming out at 54 degrees and that we needed to ignore the thermostat. Asked to moved rooms but was denied.
-
Excellent downtown location on the Riverwalk. I like to stay there whenever I can.
-
During the rain the water was pouring through both of the bedroom windows. They moved our rooms and it was still happening in the other room just not as bad. Staff seemed to not care much and said it was a known issue. The carpet was soaked so if it was a known issue I’m sure they have underlying issues in their carpet padding as well.

The stay was nice, spacious room, quiet nights! Good breakfast!
-
Overall it’s a nice decent hotel to stay centrally located near riverwalk entrance. Room was clean staff was great BUT breakfast WAS TERRIBLE all three days.. but I guess you can’t beat free on the last day didn’t even bother the powder eggs we terrible and fruit look like it was rejects.. I would stay here again none the less.. but never again during summer it was so muggy outside wasn’t enjoyable. (Came from dry Phoenix)

Clean room, staff very friendly and helpful. Great location!
-
Elevator needs cleaning, smelled musty. And bacon would have been good at breakfast
-
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large, easily accommodating 5 adults. I liked that the suite had a separate sitting area/kitchenette from the bedroom. Breakfast was good...nice options. Easily walkable to riverwalk locations.
-
Property was clean but parking was expensive and inconvenient
-
cockroaches in the kitchen bathrooms extractor did not work (214) overall personnel attitude must need to improve
-
All was well, especially the kitchen and supplies
-
It was very convenient to river walk and the negative was the traffic around the hotel.
-
The biggest issue was that there are no restrooms near the rooftop pool, which made using the pool inconvenient. We ended up spending an extra $60 on a ResortPass at the neighboring Westin just to enjoy better pool amenities. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre, and we didn’t find the staff to be particularly friendly or welcoming. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well during the Texas heat, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the River Walk. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if location and room size are your priorities, but there is definitely room for improvement in the amenities, breakfast, and customer service.

Room not well cleaned. Pool with dirty water.

I loved my stay! We enjoyed the views and hotel. The staff is really nice. Everything was close by to the hotel. Only thing bad was the pool. No pool maintenance.
