Location was the best part. Our room had a lot of little problems. But over all it was a nice place to stay with a great location.
-
Overpriced don’t set the bars high just because of the brand. It’s basically the motel 6 of the higher end of hotels. Don’t recommend. Staff was amazing except for the front night shift desk.

It was a great time great place and made to feel at home
-
Fantastic location and extremely spacious rooms!
-
Parking was too expensive
-
Breakfast could be better both days it was the same thing.

The location on the riverwalk was excellent! Within walking distance of the the Riverwalk Mall, the San Fernando Cathedral, and the Alamo. Staff were friendly and helpful! One guest did burn something in their room and it smelled like smoke on our floor for awhile, but staff attended to this quickly.
-
Way nicer than I even hoped! The room was really like a mini apartment and suited me, my husband, and our 2 teenagers really well. Breakfast was good, although very busy on weekends, so get there early! Fantastic location. We loved walking out the front door and being a block from the best part of the river walk. I didn't see the pool, but my teens told me it was small and crowded. Lots of TV channels. Friendly staff. We parked in the parking lot across the street, which saved some money. Free coffee all day. 10/10 would stay here again.

The staff were so kind and helpful. They went over and above to be hospitable to my family. The breakfast was great. The kitchen staff worked hard to keep up with the demand of food from the large breakfast crowd and did it all with smiles on their faces. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our hotel room AC was set to 68 and the temp wouldn’t move from 82. It was so hot and uncomfortable. Valet parking was ridiculous. We texted the number to have our car ready and they lied saying our car had been up waiting for us but we never came so they took it back but we never saw it. They said it was waiting for an hour… we had only texted 20mins ago. From frying in our room to frying outside waiting for our car. I’m not happy.

The valet is almost a requirement if you plan to a) leave the hotel and come back as their parking covers flexibility. If not, the City Garage is less, but they charge you every time you come in and out.
-
by the river walking distance to everything.
-
The hotel is need of repair and updating. The staff is top notch and we're very helpful! The gym is tiny. The charge for parking is insane.
-
Other than having to pay for valet parking, loved everything else. Rooms are huge, next to Riverwalk
-
Room was huge
-
Great place to stay with access to River Walk.
-
Clean, spacious rooms! Breakfast was decent but not the best. Pool was down the whole visit but it wasn’t much of a pool anyway, very small!
-
Got charged extra to my credit card a week later after my stay there did not appreciate that at all……

We had four occupants in a 2 Queen bed bedroom.. There was only a 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival with no backup stock and only Three towels and two washcloths in the bathroom and again with no backup stock... We had to go get our own supply of toilet paper and then when asking for more towels the front desk told us that they had some at the front desk at which time I stated they need to bring towels to the room to accommodate their guest and it took so long, we still ended up having to walk down and get them. No dish soap on the kitchen sink to wash up a few dishes that was too minimal to put in the dishwasher and the only trash can which was against the wall in the living room/ kitchen/dining room had no trash bag liners. Only one of the staff during our 4-day stay was halfway accommodable and it's probably not somewhere I would return for a stay.
