Riverwalk Plaza

Our room was not in the best condition, there was a left over fake eyelash on the floor and the AC dripped all night long leaving a large puddle of water on the floor.

Should provide some water bottle in the room

Hotel not as advertised. View was of a parking lot and a small portion of the river but NOT of the riverwalk. Handle fell off in the tub. Maintenance came and fixed it but it still dribbled all night. We were very disappointed.

Hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. Wouldn’t stay more than one night.

Great location, Riverwalk so close. Valet parking, comfy beds, quiet, very good for our family of four.

The photos looked a lot nicer than the actual hotel. You could tell this hotel is older and still needs a few updates. I was expecting a lot more just from the look of the pictures. The staff were helpful at check in and check out and also at valet.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. This is our 2nd time staying, however we were highly dissatisfied with our room. The trash had balled up hair, some regular hotel items were out of place, and there was also balled up hair on the floor of our restroom which made us question how clean the room actually was. The valet in the afternoon was super friendly and helpful, but the one on night shift was somewhat rude

Their cleanliness was the worse. We waited for hours for them to clean our room and they never clean our room, finally I just called them to sent us towels. The bathroom toilet was wobbly. Also, I observed black mold in the corners of the bathroom and the coffee areas. The floors were not mopped. We went to the pool-no towels. We will not be going back.

Had the best view ever in SA, overlooking the river walk, especially for the 4th of July! 💙❤️

Clean place

Had to ask 2 or 3 times to get anything (e.g., towels, etc.). All gym equipment didn't work. Room's bathroom doesn't even have a door, just a sliding piece of wood.

Everything was meh..Also for some reason after 10:30pm the Valet guy didn't seem like he wanted to go get my car. He said "most places a closed."

Nice, calm place. Great experience! The gym equipment needs to be replaced.

Nothing. Elevator not working right. Why isn't there any microwave in the rooms? Hearing the same complaints and more from other from resident who were also staying there. Small rooms, no snack machines only beverages.

Key he heard out. Umber and somehow got upstairs and was in front of our room when we got up very creepy. I was also sent a text that has to be him due to the I totals he used instead of my name. Very unprofessional and creepy. Will never stay there again. Also our ac didn’t work all Night the first night.

Location is good and the staff is friendly. However, the hotel is very old and in dire need of basic maintenance and a deep cleaning. I’ve stayed at Motel 6s that were in much better condition and much cleaner.

Our ac froze up in our room most of the night. A member of the maintenance department sent me a message through the hotel email system and I know it was him by what he had called me because he tried to make a joke out of my first part of my name while we checked in. Very creepy and uncomfortable. We had to move rooms and instead of letting us move directly to the room that was ready for our second night we had to check out then check back in two hours later. We should have been able to change rooms immediately after the ac not working all night.

There was zero breakfast provided that I saw in four days. I paid for two rooms for four nights. haven’t gotten my deposit back and have been charged an extra $168 so far ! Which is crap !
