Courtyard Marriott Riverwalk

Assigned us to a room designed for wheelchair bound people. Bed about 1 foot off the ground, no tub and a weird wheelchair accessible shower instead. Fire alarm goes off at 1:30 in the morning having to evacuate, no explanation given just go back to your room. No parking on site $54 for valet or go park down the street- will not be staying there again. The Holiday inn and the Drury next door are waaayyyy better options, with better engaging staff that doesn’t talk more to each other than the clientele.

Cleanliness I was expecting a river view /balcony for what I paid but not available and the parking fee is ridiculous when I’ve seen valet parking down at the San Antonio public parking that’s $5 per night

Ac did not work. The whole 6th floor was hot

The air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay and I suppose that is why the bottom floor smelled like sewage. The room would have been nice if it was cooler and the staff was put in an uncomfortable position to keep advising guest that they were working to get the air conditioning fixed but that doesn’t help those of us who were booked for the days it wasn’t working.

Right on the Riverwalk! Our balcony overlooked the street and all of the Riverwalk area. Absolutely loved it.

Great Place to stay with the family.

The location was great. Front desk and valet were great. The drinks and service at the Bistro was great. There was nothing I disliked. While still comfortable, I wish the bed was a little softer and the water in the shower was a little hotter....DEFINITELY WOULD STAY AGAIN

The hotel is clean and in a great location - A staff member was extremely rude to the entire family during check in - The room was not ready well after check in time - The hotel is old and outdated (the rooms in particular) - only one elevator was fully functional - Parking is $54 per day - Not enough towels in the room and toiletries

Balcony was nice. Location was fantastic. Pool area is super tiny and the hot tub wasn't working. Also, the air conditioning in our room did not cool well enough.

Parking area limited. So had to park obstructing traffic in order to check in. The balcony had not chairs as with other balcony rooms i have stayed at before. So did not feel paying what i did for a balcony was worth it. And there were no luggage carts available upon arrival or at checkout.
