A/C could not keep cool, room felt very stagnant. Beds and sheets were not clean, seemed as if they rushed the clean between guests.

Parking space is limited and you may be forced to park across the street. There is no elevator to reach the upper levels of the property parking lot, taking the stairs in peak summer is tiring.

Great location everything was near by at walking distance. Just the elevator to the car garage was not working, but they had someone assisting with gulf cart.

The hotel was nice and up to date. They had an area to purchase snacks and drinks down in the lobby as well as a restaurant to purchase meals. The elevator to the parking garage was not working so we would have to walk down from parking the car to the main entrance. Employees on golf carts were there to bring people down but were very limited and staff were rude when we would ask to be picked up and claimed they didn’t have enough drivers. The room also had some hair in the restroom and the bed upon check in.

Love staying here any time I’m in San Antonio!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the unique architecture of the building, which added so much character to our stay. It was truly a standout feature that made the hotel feel special and welcoming. As someone who prioritizes cleanliness, I was disappointed by the state of the bathroom. I found significant grime under the sink and in the faucet spout, and unfortunately, there was an ant infestation around the vanity area, which made the space feel unhygienic.

Front desk staff was wonderful. Elevator to garage parking was not working. So, very inconvenient. Rooms were very small. Could not believe that hotel did not offer complementary coffee to guests. I understand not having free breakfast but at the least offer coffee. The hotel is in a great location to access downtown and close to Riverwalk. Hotel was fine because of location and front desk staff but overall was just okay.

I liked the location. The Riverwalk was pretty much out the door and around the corner of the building. Great location! I liked the size of the room. Spacious. Huge TV. Pretty furniture. We appreciated the free child's buffet and stay. I did not like that the room (for what I was charged a night) did not have a microwave. We were very surprised with that. It was an inconvenience having to go downstairs to the lobby to share the ONE community microwave. The room looked clean but there were bugs (roaches) in the room. The restroom, although clean as, smelled. I requested that it be mopped again the next day, but the smell stayed. It just didn't smell nice. I don't know what cleaner is used, maybe it's unscented or maybe it's a low quality, but the restroom smelled. Also, we could not use the garage because of our dually truck. Maybe truck height and size limit should be noted somewhere in your "parking" section. We had to park 2 blocks down. I specifically chose Holiday Inn because it had onsite parking. So that was a disappointment as well. The restaurant food is "ok". We ordered off the menu though, because the buffet was not enticing.

Incorrect room assigned. Front desk girl lied about room availably. Finally, a helpful man had me moved to the correct room type. PARKING SITUATION was horrible for self park; elevator has been down for at least two months. Restaurant hours incorrect?

Clean room and hotel. Parking garage elevator was broken so we had to go all the way around the front of the property. Cleaning staff was great and the staff refilling the buffet line was great but the waiter/waitresses were unfriendly. Easy access to everything/Riverwalk.
