It's was a beautiful experience to be there, beautiful, clean,staff always there to help you, all restaurants close, you don't even need to drive.we love to be at San Antonio texas.thank you for you services.

Smallest pool ever small room other hotels are nicer for the price

Great location, smooth check in, comfortable beds, large rooms. Just there for an overnight seeing a show. Will do it again....

I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody coming to San Antonio to visit. The hotel is so clean and the staff is absolutely phenomenal. The rooms are top-notch and the beds are one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The restaurant was really good, even though it’s a little pricey, you get exactly what you’re paying for. It is a nice walk to the Riverwalk and to the market. There are a lot of places around the hotel for you to walk to, so it’s a great location.

Honestly I love how close it is to the riverwalk like elevator down to river walk. Everything was clean and decent. You have to pay for parking but downtown your going to do it anyways. No breakfast for free but honey go to German spot down the road soo good. Staff was helpful because I didn’t bring toothpaste and they had me cover.

Loved our stay! Room was clean and cozy! Valet staff was so nice and helpful. Definitely will be booking again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The parking garage elevator was broken so it was very inconvenient. I don't mind stairs, but not with luggage and in 100 degree weather. The hotel offered to drive people up with a golf cart, but still challenging when you're in a hurry. One of the room towels was stained.

Hair in the bath tub, and sink. Parking is a joke. They charge you over $40.00 for parking and there was no availability. I had to park in another parking garage 1 block away.

The bedding had some mold stains and the cleaning crew came into my room a bit early. We were still in bed. It wasn’t even 9:30.

Misleading that breakfast is “included” when it is actually a restaurant on the 2nd floor.

The location was convenient , but it could definitely use an upgrade. Seemed kind of outdated. Overall it was a good stay

Everything was very nice and clean staff was friendly and had a great stay only downside was the elevator for garage was in construction but still had and awesome stay will recommend and will stay there again
