Hotel Valencia Riverwalk

Everything was wonderful. Favorite part was the location next to the Riverwalk. Beautiful property, very friendly staff.

The staff was great especially Ronnie. He not only made great coffee in the mornings, but was full of great advice and knowledgeable about the area. One downside is no pool, but there is so much to do in the San Antonio area that it was a non-issue. Would definitely stay here another time!!!

Hotel staff was excellent. Valet needs more education about surrounding area - could not assist with directions when asked. Housekeeping was excellent and cleaned our room just as quickly as we exited for the day. Room service attendants were friendly and professional. Restaurant food was nice. One of our favorite places to stay on the River Walk.

It was a nice hotel, the balcony was really good for the 4th of July. I’d recommend this stay for future guests considering it.

Was one of the best hotels yet we come to San Antonio a lot and this was a pleasure to be here we will be back

Staff was wonderful, valet was smooth and easy and we had a great night's sleep!

Room was super nice and clean , the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the bar and the appetizers were the bomb! I would definitely be back.

I called and spoke to a manager who stated they would investigate and called me back they never called back; I told them I was a 100% disable veteran I was disappointed they would treat a disabled veteran like this.

The receptionist that I spoke to about our stay was very understanding when I told her we had not slept at all due to the individual staying next door to us. She was very kind and indicated that we would receive a refund. Its on the Riverwalk. Location is good and Valet is great although pricey

Parking was extremely difficult and expensive. Otherwise the hotel was great.

And just like every other hotel, just expect more charges on your way out we stayed there three nights and got charged an additional $150 for taxes for destination charges, etc… The amazing thing about it was that you stepped out of the hotel into the Riverwalk very beautiful hotel amazing location.

Absolutely romantic hotel. Features plenty of common spaces that are tucked away. Beautiful courtyard with a waterfall & fireplace. Immediate access to riverwalk, and 3 min walk to nearest parking garage. Went for a staycation with our 3 toddlers and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Truly a gem, would stay again.

The staff from house keeping, to behind the desk, to behind the bar and greeting you at the door, were consistently wonderful!
