Our experience was not the best, we booked a room with Riverwalk view and Balcony but when we got there we didn't get the balcony and we were told the hotels tends to overbook and the reception person told us he just did his job and it wasn't his fault and that we could complain about it the next day since the manager wasn't available, the next day they told us they couldn't accommodate us and that maybe after 4 they could see if we could get a balcony room but that it was not a for sure thing, but that we had to be there so they could let us know, which we couldn't do as we had a whole day planned ahead of us and we couldn't just drive back to the hotel just for that.. so the 3 nights we had to get to the room and be locked in without being able to step out since we had no balcony, we were offered 500 Hilton points which are about $2 to $3 worth.. a complete joke if you ask me, so disappointed that they could not fulfill what we had initially booked for and instead was not offered any refund or any other accommodations..

Everything was perfect that we’d stay there every time we decide to go to San Antonio, Tx. Very peaceful and relaxing. The management was overall the best part of the trip to always make us feel like home away from home. The views are amazing as well in the rooms with river view and balcony and the breakfast is delicious as well. 10/10 recommend this hotel!

Valet wasn’t the best

As far as basic hotels go it was fine. The room was small but clean. I was not thrilled that the hotel was also a Home 2 location. If I had known I would have chosen another place. Also the pool is only 3 foot deep, that should be advertised for people on vacation. It was tiny shallow and not at all what we expected should be advertised “kid or wading pool only”. Our view was a back alley and while it did look like an apocalypse backdrop we actually kind of enjoyed that. The elevators were either broken or stuck on a floor. We used the stairs the whole time we were there and we were there 4 days. Breakfast was eh. Good location. Parking price was outrageous. Got parking a block away for less than half.

The property was very clean. Pool is a little small, so if it’s a busy day, it can feel very crowded. Breakfast was great!

Hotel located on the quiet side of the riverwalk. Clean and helpful staff. Valet parking is expensive. Use a public parking only 5 minutes by walking.

Bad experience! Gave us the worse room with the most horrible outside view ! Looking forward to an actual riverwalk view but instead we got a view to the most old cracked building ever seen in my life! Called front desk to ask about trying to set up tv to watch a soccer game….we were told she didn’t know how to help us and everyone else were out to lunch !! Soooo….”you would have to figure it out”! Were her exact words!! Never again!!
