Trash was left behind from previous tenants. You can hear EVERYTHING from hallways to the room right next to you. So if you're a light sleeper I definitely do not recommend.

Awesome hotel in a great spot near the river walk. Very clean hotel Rooms are like new and very big Breakfast is fresh, hot and cold choices. Eggs made your way if you want. Staff is super super friendly and nice and made breakfast each day a treat. No pool was the only bummer. You can find cheap parking within a 5 min walk on the parking apps. Awesome hotel and would stay here everytime.

The hotel was amazing. It was better than what I expected. It was clean. It smelled good. The staff breakfast staff, the check-in staff , the room service the janitors electricians the breakfast was great. Everyone was so helpful, polite, and professional . The rooftop food and service was great. I would stay there again.

Close to the Riverwalk. Front desk and cleaning was helpful. Even though we didn’t have a car, valet was helpful with getting bags out of cab and to the front desk. Room was large and it was nice to have a kitchen. Everyone was friendly.

Really nice hotel, great location, very nice and friendly staff, good breakfast.

Number 2, the price for the parking is really high. Number 3, in my bed I found hairs, and we waited 2 hours for them to finish “Cleaning”. But everything else was fine.

Also, if you’re booking the hotel while visiting from out of town or even if you live locally and are driving you should know that parking is not included. You have to pay separately for parking, which adds another expense to an already pricey stay. Overall, it was okay, but I personally wouldn’t book here again.

Breakfast staff excellent. Rooms were very clean. I definitely recommend this hotel. Everybody was very friendly. Hotel very close to river walk.

Expedia has to be aligned with the hotels they host on their websites.

This place is awesome. The breakfast was amazing. The only problem was the parking and I had to pay $55 for valet per night. That was crazy.

I’m very glad we went with this hotel. It was very clean, the staff was incredibly kind, and there was a cheaper parking option in the parking garage next-door. Keep in mind, that it was still $35 for overnight parking. The breakfast was not the greatest, but not a lot of hotels even included breakfast in the price, so we were grateful. Would return 100%

The room had no trash bags . I ordered a king size bed and it was a queen. I called the front desk for 2 pillows and towels after 4 hours I had to call again. An hour later they showed up. The bed was hard. And very loud music was playing . Definitely don’t recommend this place. I will never stay here again.
