Great stay !

This place is awesome. The breakfast was amazing. The only problem was the parking and I had to pay $55 for valet per night. That was crazy.

I’m very glad we went with this hotel. It was very clean, the staff was incredibly kind, and there was a cheaper parking option in the parking garage next-door. Keep in mind, that it was still $35 for overnight parking. The breakfast was not the greatest, but not a lot of hotels even included breakfast in the price, so we were grateful. Would return 100%

The room had no trash bags . I ordered a king size bed and it was a queen. I called the front desk for 2 pillows and towels after 4 hours I had to call again. An hour later they showed up. The bed was hard. And very loud music was playing . Definitely don’t recommend this place. I will never stay here again.

Element was conveniently located near the City Tower parking garage, which offered great rates since we opted out of parking valet. This allowed us to move around more easily without the hassle of waiting for a spot. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Jordan, a friendly and professional staff member who made a great first impression. Despite the influx of guests arriving for check-in, Jordan remained attentive and ensured that we were settled in without any issues. Breakfast was a delightful experience. The chicken sausage was incredibly juicy and fresh, and there were plenty of options to choose from, including cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, and even gluten-free options. Kaylandra, the breakfast attendant, was passionate about her job and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, far exceeding our expectations. We had booked the 2 queen bed with couch sofa suite, and the view from the room overlooking the city was breathtaking. The room was modern and well-maintained, with clean and fresh bedding. We even needed some extra towels, and promptly brought them down to the front desk within five minutes. It was a refreshing experience to re

Everything was amazing

Very good location for our purpose. There is a big building with two hotels, same name, which is confusing. It looks like the same company. We went to check at the first one, just to be sent across the hallway to the other reception. Check in was easy, but difficult to get the information we needed - like parking, for instance. Also, breakfast is limited.

It’s a beautiful place me and my family they really enjoyed it
