The facility was very run-down. Stained, ripped carpets and walls, a cracked shower wall, and a very loud rumbling AC unit. Something went missing from my room, and they didn't take responsibility for it after not communicating with me for two days. It was my worst hotel experience to date.

We had to check in very late. Night audit stayed at desk till we arrived. Very nice and helpful. The room was wonderful and Breakfast was hot! Kitchen staff very helpful and pleasant to speak with. Overall a Great Experience!!

Got in late and was so tired just wanted a shower and go to bed. It was 62 degrees in the room and it was so cold. The toilet was running all night making this high pitched squealing sound. Kept me up most of the evening but was too tired to mention it and find another room. Just here for one night. Wanted to show the video of the toilet and the noise to front desk as I was leaving this morning but there was nobody in sight. This hotel was conveniently located near the venue I was doing an event in so this is why I chose it.

Great place to stay, comfortable and pretty close to everything in the south side and downtown.
