Clean room, helpful staff and fresh breakfast.

The breakfast was wonderful and the room decent however they do not have parking so either you have to pay to park somewhere or valet which charges about 56 dollars a day. The room’s AC did not go further down than 73 which made the room hot during the day and night mid summer.

Awsome staff & really clean

The hotel looked nice but it did have a humidity smell the sheets were ripped in really bad condition. The water took a while to heat up and we had no clue the pool was going to be closed due to maintenance.

The placement of the hotel was very strategically planned! It's not a long walk to the river walk. It's accessible at all times to attractions and restaurants in the area. The hotel was very secure. You need your key to gain access to the lobby of the hotel, making the hotel feel safe and welcoming to It's clients.

Breakfast fears Very dirty; stained sheets, dirty sofa, dirty carpet.

Great location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.. There were stains on the couch and on the chair. The carpet needs to be deodorized.

Our room was lovely and clean. The staff were all kind and helpful. My husband and I agreed that the next time we take a trip to the river walk we will definitely be booking this same location.

The location was everything Ac seems to get really cold or it got really hot... No in-between

The front desk staff was particularly helpful and professional and courteous for the young man’s name was Taylor, but I was a young gentleman that was at the front desk help me resolve a matter with Expedia job

Doesn't have a pool was told they was getting rid of it but the staff was helpful and i enjoy the stay.

Pool was closed for maintenance

The following morning, there was another incident where it seemed that guests made a mistake in trying the wrong door, but it still opened. I told the reception that it could be that our lock was totally not working —- they just said they would check into it

Everything, the staff was excellent, most of what you want to see is within walking distance, it was clean, and breakfast was good. N/A

Customer care is critical in hospitality industry. The lady that checked us in wasn't helpful at all, the cleaning ladies kept saying" no English no English " when we reported trouble opening our door to the front desk , the lady was least bothered and kept saying just push harder. Funnily we met the same at breakfast ( 3 min late and she reminded us breakfast is 6-9 am. We however had great experience with the one who checked us out and the team at the vallet desk. They were awesome, kind and very professional.
