Homewood Suites by Hilton Lackland AFB/SeaWorld, TX

The breakfast was the only lacking, which the hotel made good with a few treats from the shop. But the oatmeal was always cold, even in a heated pot. The food staff was rude and dismissive of questions. Event to the point of just a look and walking away asking if they had blueberries for the waffle maker or the oatmeal. Othe then that we enjoyed the hotel and will book it again in about a month when we go back down agian. It was well placed and great food and shops were close so we didnt have to travel far for anything.

Overall, we had a good stay and the hotel was nice. My only issue was the billing. We checked out early and were told we would only be charged for the nights we stayed, but the full reservation was charged. It took several calls and follow-ups to resolve the issue. The stay was good, but the billing situation was frustrating.” The manager for this property is horrible when you try to talk to her she doesn’t look at you at all.

Bed needed more attention and cleaned

Oh this place is amazing I love the room like I was set up it was so clean like you can smell the freshness in the air the staff is very helpful very welcoming as soon as you walk in don't know how many times they said welcome to me and I was walking back and forth and with my bags and stuff and every time I came in and they spoke very very polite very good at making sure we had everything we needed if we needed extra I loved it would definitely book here again

The rooms were very spacious and included an abundance of amenities. The front desk staff was very polite, helpful and provided awesome customer service

Everything was excellent.

Very quiet location, wish the breakfast had more variety but food was good. Staff members were nice and always helpful. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned but they did have signs stating to call if anything was needed. We enjoyed having a full size fridge in the room. We will be returning in the future.

My family just had a terrible experience at another hotel around 9:45 but thank goodness we found this hotel. Alice was so helpful and friendly right when we walked in after a long day. Her and her coworker had such great hospitality . Hotel environment was very inviting and comfortable. Plenty of games and books for kids and a cool basketball court for families. We had a hiccup with our room once we checked into and Alice was onto of it to get it fixed. Would definitely stay here for future trips.

I liked the location of the property because it was close to Seaworld! The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly! My kids loved the buffet breakfast. The beds were uncomfortable! The breakfast could have been better!

Friendly and cleanliness

The staff were very kind and friendly and the amenities were GREAT! The room was nice and spacious but could use a little TLC (a bit cleaner such as vacuuming and dusting as well as dealing with mold/mildew issues in bathroom) BUT it was great overall and would go back in a heartbeat! Nice and easy to get to many things around the area but enjoyed just hanging back and chilling as well with my new Airman son. The breakfast and the Happy Hour on Wednesday was a sweet deal and enjoyed that as well!

Breakfast was great, variety of options available. Staff was available at all times making sure everything was stocked and clean. The pool area was well kept, and towels were available at all times. The only negative feedback was the ice machine. There was no ice available the entire weekend.
