Room had a smell. no shampoo, towels we're to small.

Noisy at night and couldn’t sleep, towels looked dirty room was dusty and air conditioning was barely working and was hot and I advised them at checkout and he didn’t say anything

They had dogs right next to my room, and they wouldn't let me sleep.

Room was cool, despite high heat. Bed was comfy. liked Wi-Fi and TV. Had Table and chairs though shaky. Towels etc were good. Check-in was very smooth (at night window, despite my late arrival. Great access to fast food. Room seemed stark when arriving at 2 am. No decor. missing light fixture. Checked in through "Night Window". Sink stopper was detached. Sink would fill when water ran allowing drained items to come back up. (Because stopper was in closed position though detached.) I informed front desk and no effort was made to resolve it. Blankets on bed had many holes worn through. No pen or paper for writing, when my own pen broke.

Exceptional
