The Westin San Antonio North

Parking was a paim for being a property not in the downtown area.

The outside pool with the bar was very relaxing. Every part of our stay from the pool to Starbucks in the morning, had a touch of class. Above and beyond the norm.

Conveniently located, just pretty much close to anything you’d want to go to. Great restaurants walking distance. Felt safe walking around alone. Nice pool indoor and outdoor. Great gym and sauna. Absolutely loved it

Comfortable beds, convenient location, good parking. Needed some updates in the bathroom. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

It’s a very outdated Westin property. Staff isn’t the friendliest either. Considering this is a Westin, it definitely does not meet the standards of a 4 star hotel. *PARKING IS NOT FREE* parking is managed by metropolis and it is charged daily which is absolutely ridiculous! There is plenty of parking but it’s not free. I could have stayed closer to downtown on a property that had free parking and paid a little more for a room. Would NOT recommend

Beds were the best part. The breakfast is too expensive and the staff is NOT helpful.

Had a bad experience because our ac was not working. Checked in to our room and on the way we could smell a musky order throughout the hotel especially our floor(5) the 1st floor has an air freshener it smelt wonderful. Decided to leave so the room could cool down but when we got back it was the same decided to call front desk but they never answered and then they put u on hold for over 5 minutes. I understand they were busy so we went to the pool while they said they were gunna check it. They did not go so we showered but the shower did not look clean tub was looked black to me. They finally came about 9 pm and it did cool down but why did I have to call so many times and keep bothering them. The hotel is very old the pictures make it look elegant but I would not be back save your money and go somewhere else plus u have to pay for parking and they charge for a 3rd person a $20 fee.plus u have to pay to use their WiFi!!! I really choose it because it had 2 pools indoor/outdoor but we were very dissatisfied with it. Very dirty I had to clean it myself. Plus there wasn’t towels but the front guy helper was nice enough to restock them. I will not be revisiting this one.

This hotel in great location but in need of update. Lighting in rooms very dark. The furniture is old and bathrooms in need of update too. Doesn’t look like modern Westin hotels.

I booked Western hotel San Antonio Wayne advance when I got there.There was no room available. They said they were overbooked they say , and I had to wait so long to hear that, customer service sucks.
