Extended Stay America Suites San Antonio Colonnade Medical

I’m looking forward to staying...

So smelly ..No good breakfast options

I had been to this extended stay twice so far. Back in 2022 & now in 2026. Only stay for one night both times. But the second time they charged me a $100 deposit fee for only one night. But my first time back in 2022 they didn’t charge me no deposit. Also you got grown men playing & running down the hall with electric scooters, making noise on the third floor. And finally I’d find a hairball in the shower.

Very poor

Honestly this used to be a clean affordable place to stay but now it has gotten so hood. It was not the cleanest and there were bugs in the bed, the room was very humid. As I was using the ac it would leak water onto the carpet.

Pleasant

K

The hallway and lobby area was constantly clean. The staff was rude. The TVs don't work without Wi-Fi and this was a frequently problem . I asked to change rooms. I was told there was no rooms available. because their other pet rooms was occupied. (Which is understandable). I tried canceling my reservation multiple times. The young lady at the front desk said I need to go through booking.com to cancel my reservation. and when I contact booking.com they told me that I need to contact the property management. Multiple of the appliances didn't work. And there's no housekeeping

Not a big selection for breakfasts

location we had no water for about an hour and at around 1130pm the lights went out so no ac and lights never came back on so we decided to cut our vacation short and leave..no call for refund or feed back...never again will I get this place

Where do I start? Our room had a super strong chemical smell in it. When we opened the door there was a filthy "Odor Eliminator" machine on our table still running. The floor had spills dried on that were so sticky or shoes were sticking to it and there was dirt under the table and beside the sofa. Clearly the room had not been swept or mopped. There was a huge dead roach right outside the door. We tried using the pool since we were really looking forward to it but the gate wasn't working and not even your clerk could open it,. A terrible experience!
