The pillows where horrible. They were old and didn’t have any support :(

Stay was decent. Room was spacious but bed was a little too hard for me. I did not have any issues until the last day when I noticed I had bed bug bites all over my body. Room did seem a little old and dirty. I would not be staying there again due to the bed bug issues that I encountered in that room.

Nothing was clean it all looks way too old. They have not gone for renovation for this price point. We could have got something better. The rooms were on clean. The beds were not nice. The court was very old coffee machines have never been cleaned.

Nothing interesting There are cockroaches on the ground floor, and it is unacceptable.

Room was prestine. Thank you to the cleaning staff! Tasteful decor throughout the hotel. Breakfast and staff were fantastic and we appreciated the manager's bonus hours as we'd eaten a main meal at noon and this was perfect to settle in for the evening instead of going out for more food! Checkin was lack luster...I waited for over ten minutes for the person ahead of me too finish "checking in"...and no one else was called to help and the person helping him didn't acknowledge me until she was finished. These are tiny technical issues that just ease a system...not something I'm really complaining about.

My whole stay was amazing. The staff were excellent and very hospitality. The General manager was very compassionate and understanding. His night staff was very friendly and very attentive to our needs. I will definitely stay there again.

Both the bed and Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom was a problem. The toilet sat to low bad for the knees. The bathtub can be a hazzard because how high yo must step up in it.

Great place for a weekend trip in San Antonio. Close to everything we wanted to see. We will stay here again.

Everything was great we loved our room, staff was very friendly the only thing that could have been better was the breakfast. Overall we were very happy

Quiet and excellent place to relax

The staff was very friendly. Especially the manager. He made sure I was comfortable. Only issues was the cleanliness of the room. Nothing terrible, but couldve been better.

Amazing spot to spend the night with family, receptionist Lili is very kind and sweet with visitors, highly recommended!
