The crew was very kind and accommodating. They even upgraded us to a larger suite for free and approved a late check-out when we called to inform them we'd be a late arrival. N/A

The hotel looks nice and has enough parking area. The price is in accordance with the quality. The beds are comfortable and clean. The parking lot is not secure. I noticed a lot of shady people tend to rent that hotel. The receptionist is not courteous or helpful. She hardly speaks. The rooms need to be cleaner the floor was dirty and so was the restroom.

The first thing is that I was able to get a room so late in the evening as well as being able to use Klarna. The second thing was that the check in was super easy as well. The room is very cozy, and the beds and couch are comfortable. AC works perfectly. There's a pool and breakfast bar. Near a Whataburger, Dollar General, Family Dollar and convenient store. We needed an extra hour and they happily accommodated us. The staff is amazingly friendly. Would definitely come again to this location. Haven't used the shower yet but I'm sure that is great, too. Can't really think of anything to be honest.

The location was great, near downtown, and the room had a lot of space. The room was very dirty, and there was no soap or shampoo. When I arrived, the staff told me that I needed to confirm whether I wanted my room cleaned. When I did, they said that 24 hours had to pass before they could clean it. Then they told me that I needed to be in the room while it was being cleaned.
