Everything specially the customer service she made me feel so comfortable n the rooms were clean my daughter had a good time in the pool I don’t have any negative thing to say abut this motel

I didn't take breakfast but it was my fault There was roaches at my room 207

Front desk manager and staff are extremely welcoming. I was only there for a couple of days and can't don't have anything negative to say.

Phone rings after only being in the room 4 minutes. Woman says, how many people are staying in your room because we just counted 7

The room was okay

The beds were so comfortable. I Loved them Idk we had flies, it could have been the weather bringing them in..but other than that it was enjoyable.

Good value for a place to sleep and staff was great. Beds were uncomfortable, stray dogs in the parking lot, ants all over the sidewalk and parking lot outside of hotel room door, location wasn’t great.

The place on the outside was nice, but inside the room it was a mildew smell, bathroom reek of urine, big dead bugs. The couch has a rip, I had to put towel underneath the front door so that bug wouldn’t enter the room. The room the smell everything

Very clean and staff were nice

Pretty good for a few nights stay. It had everything we needed and the location was convenient. Renovated rooms. The pool was perfect temperature. Waffles were good. Some of my friends staying had issues with ants/flies and no working TVs, but we didn't really have any complaints other than the first night- we arrived late at 330am and the A/C was off, so it was very hot and humid inside. We couldn't sleep right away because of this. It really should be left on in a place like Texas. Wish there was more than one waffle maker and some protein options. The area isn't the best but we didn't feel unsafe at all at the hotel.

The friendliness of the staff and beds were comfortable. My wife and I had to get the temperature of the shower adjusted multiple times to use, otherwise it was ok.

Nice Nothing

Price and close to Alamo area. Breakfast was fresh waffle good The room had a smell and lots of long black hair in sink and on towels. Asked for roll of toilet paper told him my room number it never came.

I liked everything! From the three hotels I booked to spend the night to rest for our trip this one was the best one. I liked that it had free breakfast we just didn't get to eat cause we slept in from how tired we were. What I didn't like was the sofa bed when it was opened it smelled like it hadn't been cleaned like stuffed so we sprayed febreeze and it didn't have covers.

Room was nice and large and the Texas-shaped waffles from breakfast buffet were amazing! The manager was very nice and came during breakfast to say that they will keep it open as long as the guests need (rather than close at 9am as scheduled), which I find amazing kind. Also the corn man next to this place was a nice food option for the late evening. There was no remote controller in our room.
