Quality Inn I-10 East near Frost Bank Center

The customer service was terrible

Toilet was dirty and there was no towels in the room. The furniture broken and The fabric of the armchair was torn and dirty

Great place conveniently close to restaurants, shopping and freeway. Traveled with our band members and everyone was happy with their stay. No complaints about any of the rooms. Thanks for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The pool was nice as well. I did have an issue with my bill but it was resolved in a reasonable amount of time. The one disappointment for us was the breakfast...there is no sausage or bacon. I would stay here again because of the price point.

Took a long time for the ac to get the room cool once we left for like 2 hrs it was nice and cold. Patches all over the walls. O

Only a few issues. No vending machines Multiple dead crickets in my room And room key always took Multiple swips to work also very little for breakfast although the pancakes were good

good clean room would stay there again

The room, bed, carpet, curtains, sheets, and loveseat really need it a thorough cleaning

The property was clean and easy to find. The price was great and we felt safe both my son and I. The breakfast was minimal, but really appreciated none the less.

for the price, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it was kept also it was quiet, and the beds were comfortable also had a spacious bathroom

Not a great experience... got there checked in. So called room was a non smoking and room smelled nothing but tobacco. Told front desk and she was not as helpfull.
