That went off and I have a hurt ankle I’m healing. I used the safety bar for help and completely fell off throwing me into the shower and hurting my ankle even more. My spouse told them about it and how I was hurt . I also told them during check out and also in text message they send you asking if we need anything during the stay. Yet they didn’t seem to care. Now my physical therapy for my ankle be longer due to being hurt again and also my arm from The fall ( the bar only had one screw left hanging. It was completely taking off the wall!) I can’t imagine an elder person or someone in worst physical condition then me and this happen to.. it honestly could have killed someone who depends of them and taken a fall like I did. No refunds or sorry. They did send maintenance but told them wait tell I left cause I have younger kids. Love this hotel and my favorite to book and recommend but this was a very unfortunate accident and I feel like I should have been refunded due to injury/ fall. Never once was I asked if I was hurt/ if I was ok. Did I need medical attention. And my spouse even told them I can’t walk to front desk cause I was still down in the shower in pain trying to recover. So the lack of caring in a simi emergency is why I give the review. They should have asked if I was ok. The whole thing is off the wall and I should of been refunded

There was a big confusion about our reservations and the staff was having hard time finding it . But front desk staff was very courtesyous and helped us. The room condition was horrible. It was not cleaned at all. It had musky Oder. Floor of the room had scratch marks from marker or something all over the room. At one of the wall there was a squashed spider. Bathroom commode was dirty .

Nothing Everything! My room had ants in it before we even un packed and I have a baby and a toddler. We had to get a refund.

Our stay was a very pleasant. Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast area was very well kept and a male worker kept it well stocked . If I travel back to San Antonio, I will definitely stay her again .
