Travel Inn San Antonio

The staff were very sweet to me. I've read bad reviews about this place, but I had no problems the few days I was there. No one bothered me. They do only give you one towel and one roll, but that was enough for the length in of my stay.

Food places and stores walking distance The staff is mean. They sale toilet paper even if you book a week they will provide just one toilet paper you will have to pay for the rest. You can't get towels or blankets until a certain time on Saturday.

Not once did housekeeping check on me to see if I needed anything. Mind you that you only get 1 single towel. No wash towel, no hand towel, no towel for the floor. Just one thin body towel. Couldn't even wrap the towel around my waist. My waist size is 34". So not a big waist for a man. I left deposit in cash so I had to come back after work to retrieve. Only to find out my deposit is being kept because I took the towel. That is a lie. I did not take that nasty towel that stayed on the bathroom floor for 17 days. Im thinking either the housekeeping crew threw it away or some other reason needed to keep my deposit. Whatever the reason was. Its a damn lie. Shame on housekeeping

The rate Eh, it’s not that I didn’t like it,…it was fine. For $35 a night you can’t ask for too much.

Convenience Dirty and damaged

Nothing at all Everything about this place is horrible. I did not even have a lightbulb in my room and had to go and buy one myself. I was told that maintenance would bring me one several times and no one ever showed up. The next morning the ceiling in the restroom collapsed and they tried to tell me that they had no more rooms and would not even refund me for the time I had left there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
