Courtyard by Marriott San Francisco Airport

When I was given a first floor room looking out on the parking lot, I felt it was unsafe and asked for a room on the second floor. The elevator was not working, but the staff told me it would be working later in the evening. The room I was then given had not been made up, and I had to be given a third room. The next morning, the elevator was still not working, and I had to carry my heavy bag down the stairs. They did comp my breakfast, but I will never stay at this airport Marriott again.

Room was nice clean and relaxing king size bed

We just stayed there overnight, waiting to board an earlier flight at SFO the next day. Two reasons for not giving it five stars. One reason was the comfort of the beds, which had very hard mattresses. The second reason was because food we were served in their “bistro“ was poorly prepared, of suboptimal quality, and quite expensive. Nevertheless, we would probably stay there again because of the convenience. The shuttle was on time and provided excellent service to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay here, the beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean. The bathroom was spacious, but just a tiny bit dirty. Other than that, we would stay again.

We stayed to go shopping to serramonte center and walked to chili's across the street we loved our stay the beds are very comfortable

The room was very clean. I loved the shower pressure. The makeup wipes worked so well. Very comfy room with working AC.

Clean room, nice staff

The room was clean and the area is quite. However, parking fee is so expensive and not enough parking spot if you go home late at night. I suggest that parking spots should be reserved upon payment.

The airport shuttle was available already at 4:30 am.

Fit our needs. Convenient having a microwave in the room. Good shower. Not noisy.

No breakfast and staff didn’t inform us about car pass at all.
