As a lifetime Platinum Titanium member, was treated poorly

No breakfast and staff didn’t inform us about car pass at all.

Parking fees I was not made aware of a priori, Inflexibility regarding a change of plans, The receptionist laughed when I expressed my concerns. I felt like they were out to fleece me more than in any other hotel I have stayed at. Nope, never again.

Our go to hotel every night before we fly. Clean, comfortable and super close to SFO! Makes for a much more pleasant travel day.

Stayed overnight before a morning flight out of SFO and all went well. The room was clean and comfortable, check in was smooth and the employees were friendly and helpful. Best of all, the airport shuttle was on time and the ride was quick-only took about 10 minutes. Would stay again.

The main issue is the lack of clarity on how to use the shuttle. The hotel did not make it clear that the shuttle does not make regular trips to the airport unless requested by phone from an airport kiosk. We ended up waiting at the airport after a long flight, with no shuttle to the Courtyard in San Bruno ever showing up. We ended up taking another Courtyard shuttle to the wrong Courtyard (one of three in the area) and then having to take an Uber to the right one. This was made clear to us verbally once at the hotel. Upon our return in a state of tiredness we made the request for the shuttle by calling from the help desk at the terminal, about a two minute walk away from the actual pickup area where the phone to call the hotel for the shuttle is located. Apparently this is not good enough, and we are required to walk the 2 min to the location and call from there. When after an 8 hr overnight flight I mentioned that this is unnecessary and inconvenient I was put on hold, to think about my lack of cooperation, until we relented and called from the required location and phone. So to summarize: The shuttle will not pick you up unless and until you call from the exact location specified. If you approach this in any other way, you will be put on hold indefinitely until you smarten up and do as you are told. The management of this hotel should post this statement prominently when you make your reservation.

Location Nothing like Courtyard standards. Very little or no amenities or restaurant.

The service staff and front lobby very friendly and helpful. The hallways and perimeter very clean.
