Very nice clean room.

I enjoyed my stay , however I kept having trouble with key cards constantly working. I had to get a new one every time I left my room. AC and microwave were hard to operate. The microwave was in a different language and the AC unit was also difficult to operate because it was difficult to understand. House keeping didn’t speak English so it was very hard to communicate. Other than these issues I enjoyed my stay

Very nice room with beautiful windows. All the amenities including free parking. Close to public transportation in a safe neighborhood. Very close to airport and about 20 minutes from San Francisco.

Add another $50 for taxis to and from airport, as there is no shuttle. Great if you have a car though

Great for being stranded in SFO, safe area, next to the airport, very clean rooms. Helpful staff. They let us have a late checkout at noon. Expect to pay around $40 for transport to airport from uber or Lyft.

Got a free hour late checkout, plenty of free parking, ice machine was nice, staff super nice and helpful.

The room is old and the sink is not the bathroom sink.

Friendly staff, clean room and space, with parking and air conditioning, wifi was great, close to food & entertainment.

I booked through Expedia and they said continental breakfast was included, but when I checked in they said they don't include breakfast. I told them that I had booked with them because of they offered breakfast. They said I needed to contact Expedia because they were doing false advertisement.

Great location to the airport and the train station. Several are very close to the hotel including IHOP and Wendy’s

It was clean and quite. The bed was ok but I expected the bed to be in better condition.
