Very well managed, clean and family friendly hotel

Close to the airport, lots of restaurants nearby and comfortable stay

Nice easy and cheap…good places in the area to eat

The room was tidy. It was difficult to regulate the air conditioner since I could not immediately adjust the temperature or mode. Additionally, the TV is pointless because it does not have Netflix and YouTube.

The front desk guy was rude and impatient. All I did was ask a few simple questions because it was my first time at that hotel. He was visibly annoyed the moment I asked something. He should not be working in hospitality with that poor attitude. If you hate your job so much, then quit. It's too bad because my room was actually nice and clean but his bad service overshadowed the whole experience there.

It was very close to the airport, spacious and well kept. Main amenities such as sink, bathroom were well maintained It was a little dusty, floors weren’t cleaned meticulously so we wiped it and there was still a lot of dirt

I really enjoyed and loved the place. It was well organized, check in was fast and easy. Great service was being provided and overall, felt well and welcomed. Anytime I plan on coming to visit San Bruno. Gateway hotel will be the one! Loved it !

Gentleman at the front desk was super helpful. Hotel was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend this location for an economical stay! The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and accommodate our unexpected extension. It's easy to get to and within walking distance of restaurants and other amenities.

This hotel is very convenient and near to SFO airport the best thing is the downtown of San Bruno downtown and particularly the Atlas Pizza Parlor and bar. I love that place to dine and have couple drinks.

A bit noisy since it is on a busy street but no complaints otherwise.

Very nice property with big rooms and comfortable bed. Quite clean and well kept. Great location near the airport and easy access to San Francisco.

Clean, comfortable, affordable and very well located place to stay for a visit to San Francisco. Near SFO, only about 7 minutes walk to the Caltrain station (for a quick, efficient and inexpensive trip downtown). Next to a surprisingly nice little downtown area with many food options. Our room was clean, spacious and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended!
