In a great location close to the airport. Good amount of food options nearby. Rooms are clean and a good size so you have plenty of room for luggage and moving around.

the room was spacious and clean. perfect location for night before an early flight. Only tiny downside was parking. It's not horrible but in the building the spaces are tight and there aren't many. We will definitely stay again though.

Building was a little old But don’t judge a book by its cover, inside was super clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly.

The hotel was exactly what we needed - close to the airport and convenient. The rooms were more spacious than I anticipated, and they were very clean. I liked the absence of carpet in the rooms and instead a clean, vinyl plank flooring. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Great location if you are flying out of SFO. Plenty of dining options nearby. We did not have a car, but parking was available below the hotel. Not sure of cost if any. The hotel is quiet, other than noise from planes which should be expected with this location. Very inexpensive Uber to SFO. We felt safe even at 3am waiting outside for our Uber. In room coffee maker is provided, as well as fridge and microwave. Nice central lobby area on floor 2. Linens were clean and comfortable.

The staff was really nice and the location is pretty quiet. We loved how close it was to dozens of food options and a gas station next door. The building is comfortable inside and has a large seating area which felt very welcoming. The seating area has a microwave as well. Even the noise inside was very minimal as well. Once we fell asleep nothing woke us up. There's also gated parking which is also nice in such a just area . Everything smelled clean and looked well kept up for the most part. Check in was super easy and fast. We had the king suite which was nice and roomy, probably bigger than similar style hotels especially at that price. The lighting was amazing and the TV worked great too. Our room had plenty of outlets and the AC was fantastic! The pull out couch mattress was very very uncomfortable. And there's a jacuzzi tub but no way to plug the drain. Also I'm a little ocd about cleanliness so I clean the room myself before unpacking including my own vacuum. The floor really bothered me. I hand mopped it after vacuuming it and it was disgusting. Our feet had grey film on it. I vacuumed a lot of dust bunnies behind the furniture. The microwave and fridge are very outdated, the fridge didn't even get cold. We used ice in a cooler from their ice machine to keep drinks cool. The microwave in the room wasn't the greatest either.

Proximity to airport restaurants and a 25min walk to BART. Room was clean and bed large and comfortable. The tap in our room was difficult to use as it was very loose.

We have stated this property every trip to San Francisco due to good value and close proximity to the airport. Parking spaces are small, but adequate. Staff is friendly and helpful. During one stay, the elevator was not operational, luckily they were able to book us at a sister hotel, as I was traveling with someone with mobility issues and stairs was not an option. If elevator is not functional, they should let guest know prior to arrival.

The TV did not work then they send some up. I wake up iin the morning with the ac leaking water over the floor

No frills place offering a quiet night’s stay. Staff was helpful and check-in was quick. Room was spacious and well temperature controlled. Easy access to rooms. We chose this place for easy free parking (first come first served). Only critique: a few towels came stained.
