great for a short ride to airport, free shuttle and rooms very comfortable.

Very good location for an early flight (7 minutes from the airport). Free parking behind the building. The room looks better in the pictures than in real life, a bit old. However, the room was big and clean and was fine for a night stay before flying out.

This hotel was not as advertised, the images online match nothing what it looks like. It is very rundown and a lot of the rooms and amenities are not up to date. The complimentary breakfast was cramped and not at all diverse (just eggs and cereal). The room we were in kept having plumbing issues, our AC wouldn’t cool the room, and there was no space in the room meant to fit 4 people. It barely fits 2 and the beds don’t have sufficient walking space in case of an emergency. The staff tried but their management needs to work on updating and improving the whole hotel. Even the bus they use is old and run down. This was not at all what we imagined it would be, carefully choose whether or not you want to be here. Spend the extra money and get a better hotel. They did not offer any compensation for the struggles that experienced during our stay.

I will definitely try the hotel room for my family and friends to stay again.

Basic room near airport that was very clean. Helpful staff and free shuttle to the airport. Perfect for a layover. Shuttle didn’t run as often as I would have liked.

The breakfast is also nice too, just spend two nights there and I am very happy with my stay.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were courteous and responsive. Rooms are specious and beds are very comfortable. Hotel being so close to SFO is very convenient for someone who wants to spend a night or two at very reasonable rates. There is not much around at walking distance so you will need a car to go around.

Receptionist is nice, friendly and has good excellent customer service. Her name is susie or susan? I forgot her name.

The front desk staff gave us a nice recommendation for dinner.

The room are clean and beds are very comfortable. The staff were so nice.

The mattresses and pillows are too soft, couldn’t sleep well. Very noisy. Not only it’s close to the airport, but also that you can hear the person next door talking clearly. Poor breakfast, not even a waffle machine. No gym or any facilities.

Great overnight stay to catch flight next day. Clean room, comfortable bed, air con, lots of hot water, iron/ironing board, in-room safe, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea. Breakfast served but did not try. Wendy’s two buildings down as well as store with snacks, beverages, alcohol. Not a super fancy new property but clean and convenient with free airport shuttle.

Nice affordable hotel, clean and decorated with a modern touch. Convenient located close to the airport.
