The property is ok except the parking lot was too small and room is ok.I didn’t expect what it says on ratings as wonderful didn’t meet my expectations but overall it’s an Ok

The good parts were that the location was convenient and the parking was free and plentiful. The breakfast was fine. They had a single waffle maker, little egg things, bread, yogurt, and packaged pastries. No bacon, sausage, bagels, or breakfast potatoes.

Staff was extremely rude, parking awful, breakfast was sub par. Room was ok, but on the street so loud and extremely uncomfortable as a solo female traveler having people being able to look directly into your window. Asked for a higher floor for safety and was denied. Staff was not helpful upon check in, and beyond rude in check out. Horrible experience, do NOT recommend.

The location is close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus which is available to take you there. Room was clean and the staff on the front desk friendly and helpful with local knowledge. This was our second stay here in 2 weeks and we would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay when flying from or to SFO

Free shuttle from airport was great. Great price for San Francisco. Noisy air-conditioning and plumbing sounds. Uninspiring breakfast selection and local area restaurant choice not great.

Will go back there and book a room when in SF.

Everything was clean and spacious!

I like the cleanliness and the service. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was great. They have free parking for the guests. One thing I struggled with was bringing my suitcases up to the front door from the stairs. A clear sign is needed to guide guests to walk around through right garage door if they arrive with Uber/Lyft/Taxi so they don’t have to carry big luggages and claim the stairs.

Very nice lobby, easy check in, parking dor rental cars, great breakfast, shuttle to airport if needed but need to make appt, close to the airport, large rooms, really nice and modern, comfy beds, tv, wifi. Very happy

Ideal location for being near San Francisco airport. Rooms are clean,staff are friendly. There is sufficient parking too.

Everything Breakfast is poor

Excellent service, great breakfast choices and nice room. I requested a room for my disabled blind brother who joined us and it was great. We really appreciated that it was located near the open breakfast area and elevators.

Staff was great. Location worked.

The shuttle to and from SFO runs only once per hour.
