I loved my stay at this hote. The room was neat, clean, spacious, well soundproofed, quiet. The jacuzzi was really good. The bed was comfortable and big, the sheets were nice. I loved the fitness center, it was well-equipped, it even has a water fountain. The breakfast was really good, it has plenty of options to choose from. The airport shuttle is very convenient. The staff was really nice and friendly. They also have a small convenience shop at the front desk with some useful essentials, which was a nice touch. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! There were a few things that could be improved. The pool was quite cold, so we didn't really enjoy using it. The eggs at breakfast were overcooked, and the coffee could have been better quality. Also, one of the shuttle drivers was a little rude, which was disappointing. The other staff members, however, were very nice and friendly.

Hotel is very nice. Our room was quiet and had a pleasant view. It faced the enclosed inner courtyard with a swimming pool. Free Shuttle from and to the SFO airport every 30 min or so was reliable and very convenient. We especially enjoyed a very good small restaurant attached to the hotel building. If you like Asian cuisine, Bashamichi Sushi and Bar is excellent and reasonably priced. A convenient place to meet friends living in the SF or bay area. Nothing to note.

Superb

Excellent and the service are wonderful. The administrative staffs processing payment aren’t up to the job employed for, they wanted to charge me for what I didn’t use. I had to question a funny charge appearing on my debit card vehemently.

This is not a luxury hotel. I would call it serviceable. Basics. To be honest, the fittings, furniture, carpet etc in the room were looking tired. The bathroom faucet plating was coming off and rust was showing.

Pictures are very deceiving, this place is a ghetto disaster, room stunk like cigarettes & carpet cleaner, anyone reading this please save your money & stay in the Union Square area by North Beach

Nice size room, helpful staff on the reception. Breakfast wasn't great, loads of carbs, rubbery eggs and not great looking sausages. Further from the airport than we thought.

Near the airport,clean room, nice staff and free airport shuttle. Noise of cars in the street.

It is good place

Property provides free shuttle to the airport. Very nice sushi restaurant attached to hotel.

There is a pervasive odor of canine urine throughout the hotel lobby and my guest room, which has unfortunately permeated my personal belongings.

Exceptional

This place is a dump. The rooms are dirty and they have not kept up the maintenance. The sheets were stained. We got into San Francisco late so we wanted to stay at the airport. La Quinta was close but it was a mess. Avoid this place.

This hotel is conveniently located, has a beautiful courtyard with a pool and fitness area, large rooms with kitchens, and - most importantly - wonderful staff! I particularly want to thank Ana at the front desk for going above and beyond to help me with a booking mix-up. I would recommend this place for the staff alone. There is not much around the hotel in terms of restaurants, cafes, shops, (general walkability), but that is the nature of an airport hotel, and not the fault of the property by any means.
