La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Francisco Airport West

It was great hotel but too far from fisherman’s ward if you don’t have a car. Too far from The city San Francisco and Alcatraz

Loved the garden. And the early breakfast at 4;30am

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking garage is convenient and relatively cheap for the area ($15 per night) The facility itself, while clean, is rather rundown and showing its age. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and noise was an issue. We could hear the next door neighbor every time they ran the bathroom sink, shower, etc. Breakfast was execrable, unfortunately. Suitable for a convenient place near the airport.

Great place to stay!

Elevator is outdated and a bit bumpy going up and down. Overall cleanliness very good and staff is very nice. It was nice to see the hand sanitizers throughout the hotel.

The front desk should be more trained to help the guest

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The only recommendation that they need some umbrellas to shade their pool area. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Shuttle service to SFO convenient.

We have stayed for years at another hotel nearby that was a park and fly. That hotel is no longer a hotel and we stayed at the La Quinta for the first time. It is an older property but well maintained and close to the airport. We will stay again and hopefully be able to “park and fly” on shorter trips.

Shuttle service stopping is a problem. It needs to be known prior to booking so people can make an informed decision. I ended up paying an Uber $47 . I would not have booked has a known

Helpful staff

Good location, spacious room, good breakfast. Although while awake I could hear plumbing from neighbouring rooms, I was not disturbed during the night. Airport shuttle to & from airport was timely and convenient.

Clean Couldn’t make to the hotel because they wouldn’t provided me a shuttle from the airport and they cancel my reservation

I was very pleased with my room at La Quinta. I arrived after 1:00am from the hospital. I was exhausted and in tremendous pain. The desk agent was very friendly, kind, helpful and professional. The Lobby was spotless. My room was a very pleasing, temperature was comfortable. Bed was very comfortable as well. Bathroom was spotless. The room very clean and maintained. Thank you
