Hotel 1550 - SFO Airport

We selected this particular property because of electric charging stations, none of the electric charging stations were working. It takes amount from the card, it shows started charging but suddenly charging station shows out of service, and when you reconnect it, it shows working again but doesn’t charge. I changed 7-8 stations and none of them were working. Even after telling staff nothing happened. Very disappointed because this was the reason I booked this hotel in particular and wasted a lot of time figuring things out

It is a nice facility but their breakfast is subpar. Having to heat stuff up in the microwave is not ideal. I would stay here again even with that said.

Bathroom was not very clean. Must have got them on a bad day.

I was given a handicap room which I did not request on first floor and too loud. Always stay here and disappointed in stay for the first time ever.

The property was really clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle only comes to the airport at 10 past the hour, every hour, that was bad. I waited 55 mins for the shuttle.

For travelers with late arrival times, it would have been nice to have some snack options.

Nice room, staff was polite and efficient. Didn't get a chance to try breakfast hopefully next time. Many nice restaurants and easy parking in the area

This is an excellent budget hotel. The staff is amazing and helpful. It is super-clean and comfy. The shuttle driver was great. There is coffee and a limited breakfast (pre-made pancakes and omelette with Velveta type cheese, yogurt, toast, cereal .My only complaint was that I wish the hot water in the shower was hotter because that would have been great after an 11-hour flight but the overall experience was great and I will stay here again.

Basic hotel. Ok complementary breakfast. Nice they stored our bags . Area seems safe. On a busy street with no green spaces . Close to airport , free shuttle. Clean rooms but scratched and chipped walls/baseboards. Shower area not great - no tub and large locker room style standing shower with huge curtain. I couldn't figure out how to turn shower on , with no time before departure to get staff to help .

It was ok the place was clean the elevator was a bit scary it wobbles during operating

After the initial positive check-in at the front desk the passage to the room was like entering a time warp back to the ‘80s or ‘90s, the stand of vending machines in lieu of any sort of restaurant facility, goods type snail paced elevator up to a stuffy airless room offering barely space for two Queen size beds let alone up to four adults and their luggage. Antiquated noisy AC, characterless bathroom.
