Sadly, the place smells and lack of maintenance can be seen everywhere. The elevator buttons are broken, and the lack of upkeep is everywhere. If you want a place to stay next to SFO for that price, one night, you will be OK. They have shuttle service which worked very well and on schedule, and that was helfpul. However keep in mind that it stops at three or four other small hotels in the vicinity, so don't book it close to your departure time.

The staff and customer service was really exceptional, and everything we needed was there. For the area, the value was really excellent as well. It was nice to have a little free breakfast thrown inl! Another great aspect is there is free parking nearby, so that was a major price consideration. Rooms were comfy and was quiet. Coffee was very good in lobby. For a hotel emphasizing a shuttle, once an hr runs feels a little thin. Notably the service is shared by a few hotels in the area so not much could be done but we had to take an uber since our flight arrived late (and we just missed the bus). Notably the check-in feels a little clunky and took some time on arrival.

Room was very clean, staff is friendly and always willing to answer questions. Didn’t enjoy the breakfast as I was always on the go, but parking was very straightforward.

Our room faced the street and it was extremely noisy from 4 am on despite my earlier request for a quiet room. Breakfast had eggs but they were cold and other food looked unappetizing. No clock, no mirror in room beside in bathroom. Overall okay if you have no other choices.
