Free Shuttle bus connecting to the airport was the main reason for choose 1550 hotel. It is clean and decent cost. Breakfast is basic and free of charge. Wifi is good.

Sadly, the place smells and lack of maintenance can be seen everywhere. The elevator buttons are broken, and the lack of upkeep is everywhere. If you want a place to stay next to SFO for that price, one night, you will be OK. They have shuttle service which worked very well and on schedule, and that was helfpul. However keep in mind that it stops at three or four other small hotels in the vicinity, so don't book it close to your departure time.
