Waiting over an hour to be picked up by shuttle from the airport

location room.

Clean and very responsive Breakfast can be improved

Many restaurants nearby.

Very good

location no shattel at night

Pleasant

the shuttle was very crowded and went to about 6 other hotels. the room was a little small for 2 queen beds

Superb

They should have shuttles going around more often.

Very good

The shuttle bus service, its a nice thing, but nobody said anything about that you can get it only if you are fast enough. If you are checking in a bit late, that is a possibility that all the early morning buses are already full.

Location was good, although our plane landed late, so we missed the last shuttle to the hotel. We paid almost $30 for a taxi. We signed up for the shuttle back to the airport. We waited in the lobby/dining area 20 minutes ahead of time, but they did not tell us when the shuttle arrived. So we had to pay another $30 to Uber to the airport. That was very disappointing!

Close to the airport and free shuttle bus None

Place was clean. The showers were also clean and functional. Very close to the airport. Free shuttle to and from the airport was convenient, although could use a little more frequency.

I chose this hotel for the free airport shuttle. I didn't find out until after booking that it doesn't operate during the hours we needed coming to the hotel. So I spent extra money on an Uber and then ended up taking an Uber leaving because it only operates once an hour. Most hotels have more frequency.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Good parking. was on the street side, double windows shut out street noise. Standard motel complementary breakfast.
