Everything was great but staff could not help me with directions or maps of the surrounding area so come prepared for that. Other than that it’s was top notch!

Location, the garden (backyard)) we had breakfast three, nice and helpful staff, comfortable bad. We returned very late after midnight and the parking lat was full. We were helped by the receptionist and we were allowed to park near the office.

Great room with two bedrooms and three beds were exactly what we needed for a family of four. The property was an upgrade from a typical motel layout, and the breakfast was great, our kids enjoyed the waffle maker in particular. Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy all the great Asian restaurants nearby. The close location to the Millbrae BART station was great and there were lots of parking when we used BART to travel to the city. The only 'complaint' is there was no water coolers in the lobby and the one in the gym was taken away during the evening. We will likely stay there again when visiting the Bay area.

This motel boutique was very clean, secure with keypad entry and the breakfast and seating area were adorable. Would definitely stay here again

The lack of a shuttle to the airport, will have me looking at other hotels in the future.

Hotel was great! Breakfast for airport travelers is a little late. Creamer in rooms were soared. Maybe powered creamer would be better. Coffee machine in lobby only 1 cup in 14 minutes. Not sure how that's gonna work at breakfast

The pictures give the impression that the hotel is bigger than it really is but overall, it served its purpose. Nice work.
