Everything about this hotel is first rate: Staff, cleanliness, large beautiful room and bathroom, comfort, easy to get to from SFO terminal. Well.....the restaurants are a bit expensive but it's that kind of place and to be expected. And there is nothing around the hotel except the airport. For me, it wasn't a problem on this particular trip.

The staff interaction was great and our final night stay in a room overlooking the runway and the view of the train was excellent.

Great location for early flights

Great quiet hotel, conveniently located at the airport and close enough to the piers. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location. Very easy for early am flight. Both my wife and I fell ill after eating at the restaurant. Cooincidence? Maybe. Or maybe not.

I appreciated the hotel room as a lounge like access for extended layovers. The price tag came with wifi that didn’t seem to be working. The room was not a luxury offering but a clean upscale room for the layover traveller. For the price paid for nearby hotels, I would’ve considered considerably better service offering. The convenience and ability to commute quickly between the hotel and airport via sky train was a decided advantage compared to nearby hotels.

It would be nice to have late check out without charge.

I always sleep there

I love how it what’s conveniently located right next to the airport and we were able to use the air train and waste no time. Also, we were able to turn in our rental early. Nothing everything was great.
