Booked as stay here as we had the first flight out at 5:15am. The property was beautiful, convenient, luxurious and made the early far less stressful for our family. The on site SFO tram access, 24/7 market, comfortable beds, amenities were great. If I have another early am out at this location, this is the move.

This hotel is easily reached through the air train at SFO. If you have a lot of luggage, just get a trolley and you can easily get on and off the train. All staff were friendly and helpful.

There are a little pair of binoculars for use, which were great. But if you are there for the airport, jet experience, I would highly recommend that you bring a better pair that you probably have at home. I have zero complaints about my stay. I was there with my daughter and we had an absolute blast watching the jets, planes and all the activity that goes on at San Francisco, airport. The air trams from the hotel to the airport terminals were fantastic! It was just a short ride and very, very convenient. Our room was very, very nice. It was absolutely perfectly clean, comfortable and very quiet. Even though you are practically in a hotel that’s on the airport grounds, we did not hear the loud noises from the jets and the other vehicles below us on the airport tarmac. I can’t say enough about how great this hotel is! Sure, it’s a little bit pricey for a room with a view of the airport, but well worth it!

Very nice rooms. Very easy to get too after a 16 hour flight. I wish breakfast could be included in the price of the room.
