Just stayed here for a night, was good. Not the greatest location.

easy access, a lot of parking, comfortable clean rooms

Free breakfast was amazing! Rooms are clean and big! The pool and hot tub was sadly closed but it was cause it was off season. Would have loved if it was open.

The staff was extremely nice, the complimentary breakfast was awesome The bathroom was not up to par. It had cracks in the tub , the tub was broke with rust and old paint chips.

And that's all 1. Pool: It's March in San Francisco, how lazy are you to put a sign for "pool close for the season" while another hotel we stayed in San Francisco opened it fine, even one in Oakhurst that chilly place at night had no issue with operating the pool. Pity. 2. Room: Just amazing, I can't believe that I paid $110 per night for this pathetic place. I'm not just talking about old, damaged furniture, but a spider or whatever this bug on the bed (not a bedbug fortunately), mold at one of the ceiling corner, blood stain on the closet door. One of the floor ramp didn't even work - broken switch, one bed lamp was not even connected and the outlet is behind the bed frame. 3. Safety: I was seriously wondering if this place has bribed a government officer to fake pass the safety checkups. You can clearly see the rooftiles broken and literally hanging on the roof instead of laid still, Under the bridge structure has severe damages and they never did anything about it either. I've traveled different countries and stayed many other places using Booking.com since 2014, this place so far hit the lowest point. I stayed at a very bad place in Oakland, New Zealand or one motel in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, but they are nothing compared to this place. Not checking thoroughly and skipped $15/night parking part, but I should've stayed Fairfield right down the road, it was literally $5/night more than this, only because the staff who answer my phone was very nice so I decided to stay. I trusted Best Westin brand and this is what I got, thanks for the great experience.

Everything is perfect. I have been staying at this hotel for the last 10 years since it is very convenient. Close to the airport, public transportation and restaurants. When I checked in this time, the room was not totally clean and didn't have any coffee maker but front desk moved me to another room which was fine.

Location, but that’s about it For $225 a night the rules are truly pathetic 50+ years old. The bathroom was a joke you need to remodel that whole hotel or motel put some serious money into it.

Room far off street No soap, mold, door not secured over priced

Close proximity to the airport. Breakfast is included. Staff is friendly. Dirty surroundings. Lots of garbage on the walkway going to the room. There was no water dispenser in the gym. You need to request for water, which I had to get it myself in the lobby. Gym is not well-equipped. No complimentary tea, coffee, water in your room.

Price. The room was very hot when I went in. The shower was beat up, and the TV wasn't working properly. Right when I went to my room with my 1 and 12 year old someone was smoking a cigarette, and the smell went into my room. At 4 am, someone was outside blsting music in their car.

It was convenient to the airport & good breakfast. The room was a little tired. No coffee maker.

Very close to the airport. The staff was so pleasant and kind! Breakfast was included which was a little buffet at the cafe which was a nice touch. Seemed like a safe neighborhood. No excessive noise or anything in the area. Definitely a little older and run down.

The location was nice and the staff was friendly. Wasn’t told the hotel was permanently closing in a week. So there was no park and fly. And no pool for the kids. Very outdated. A lot of the electrical plugs didn’t work. And the toilet barely flushed

Room was very clean. excellent air conditioning. bathroom clean. parking lot seemed a little sketchy but not sure how you can change that. Breakfast is always a great service for guests. Food was acceptable at breakfast. The coffee machine's coffee seemed somewhat bitter however. parking lot seemed a little ghetto

The ranch style buildings , nice cafe We didn’t use the pool on our stay but it looked kind of small for a large property

Always stay here while visiting family. It’s close to South SF. Great staff. Clean.

The breakfast every morning was good, nothing fancy just the basics, which was fine with me. There was no microwave in the room, I would have to go to another room downstairs that had a communal microwave.
