Very affordable hotel with a touch of luxury.

The room was much bigger than it looked from the photos. The furniture was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The check-in and check out process were smooth. I was always able to find parking. The building and area felt very safe and secure.

Hotel staff was friendly, carpet in the hallways needs replaced a lot of areas were patched by duct tape, the mattress in the room was worn out and way to soft, very uncomfortable night sleep!

We love the place but our room was sooo hot . We were there for 2 nights . The next day I spoke to a woman on dayshift about the room. She said she would get it checked out but she didn’t and the room was still hot. Now it’s night shift and she came to our room and was like .. wow this room is hot. Let me see if I can get you another room. She found us a room right across from where we were . She had us go In there and check it out. It was soooo much better and we moved into that room! She was awesome !

Very nice building. Very clean rooms and common area. Good breakfast. Staff was helpful to guide us to our destinations. Many restaurant options around the hotel

The property was gorgeous, but the room was hot with no thermostat. I could turn on the AC, but it blew directly on the bed. As a result, I would turn it on, let it run for half an hour, turn it off so I could sleep, and wake up and hour and a half later to do the same thing all over again. All night.

Large rooms, surprisingly comfortable bed and easy parking. Very thoughtful amenities. Will stay again!

Other than that, absolutely delightful place and we would gladly stay here again.

Real nice spot, a/c is a little noisy in the beginning but stops after a while, so be prepared for that

The room I was in was just large enough to accomodate a queen sized bed. The shower pressure was great. Enough towels for one person;towel quality was standard. Breakfast was nice but not offer protein like eggs. Parking was easily accessible. Make sure that you clip the shower curtain in place;otherwise, you will have water across the floor.

Great location close to airport, front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, loved the boutique feel/decor and it was a great value compared to other options nearby. Nothing

the room is clean and inviting. they have fresh towels and bedaheets hmmm maybe the parking. limited slots and not enough space.

There was an extra blanket and pillow in the closet which is very nice. Unfortunately we weren’t in the room long enough to utilize the shower or the free breakfast. We caught a Lyft to get to our concert and this happens to be a great spot to catch a ride we never waiting anymore than 5 minutes. Also the main street this hotel sits on is very safe and minimal walk bys. We will be staying here next time we are in San Fran and will utilize the parking!

First and foremost I’m frustrated with the fact that I had to fix the issues in this suite that I paid for. Secondly, that these issues continued throughout the week with 0 conern lastly the dishonesty of the receptionist the last night of our stay! Now to the good things. Most of the staff were friendly and approachable. And the manager did finally reach out and get us a functioning coffee maker but was not available after. Breakfast was nice and had a clean dining area. Parking was easy
