The Atrium Hotel

Close to SFO with shuttle service. The room was super nice and super clean. The shower was phenomenal and the entire hotel was well maintained and the people very courteous. Definitely a place to consider staying. I would go back here. The only downside is the airplanes taking off over the hotel at night can be a bit annoying, but that's beyond the hotel's control.

Very Good for Families

Excellent service at the front desk friendly. Rooms clean and good.free breakfast is minimum so dont expect much and space is very limited. The worst thing about the hotel is to close to the San Francisco airport and flight all night made it impossible to sleep.window is newer double pane but still to loud and there path is over this hotel.cool to watch plane but so annoying. Hotel is close to everything.

Incredible value.

The receptionist was amazing. Very helpful guy! Got us checked in very quickly and was extremely helpful. The room was good. Bathroom was amazing, recently redone. The room had everything we needed, microwave and refrigerator, etc. TVs could use replacing, but overall better than expected. Only negative was the shuttle. The shuttle took forever, after calling several times....more than 45 minutes and we had to load and unload our own bags into the back of the shuttle van. No assistance from the driver whatsoever. We ended up just utilizing an Uber back to the airport

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to Caltrain station.

The hotel shuttle has long waits in between so after a long flight, arriving late at night, it only added to the tiredness of the day. Asked for and was given a late checkout of an hour however front desk failed to mention the airport shuttle only runs until 11:15am. Basic older hotel with minimal free breakfast. Good for a bed and shower if that’s all you need.

The pictures online are deceiving. It’s in a bad party of time and looks rundown from outside. Breakfast was poor but the bed was comfortable and room was clean

The staff was not friendly when our key stopped working he acted like we were a inconvenience to him. The water pressure sucked and the water was not hot the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty.

Only stayed for 1 night; in order to catch an early flight out and this was a great hotel to stay at. Only 5 minutes from the airport, and a lot nicer than some of the bigger name hotels. Very helpful staff, great room, awesome shower. Thanks.

Note also that the shuttle has limited runs. It’s not a product of the hotel but a contracted service so you might end up taking a taxi which by the way is less expensive than rideshare. ($15 less for me although I know the rideshare fees change) All in all, for an airport overnight stay I would do it again.

The Atrium hotel is an interesting property. It's like the little engine that could...has everything you could want...clean, comfortable room, refrigerator and microwave, good buffet breakfast, parking, upgraded bathrooms. The front desk staff was extremely helpful..going above and beyond! The price was good and location is great...very close to the airport and all freeways. But therein lies the downside...being so close to the airport, you do hear the planes fly over up to 1am and again around 5am...but silly me for not figuring that out. However, with that said, for the price and the convenient location (except for the jets) and the amenities...I would probably stay there again!

The facility was nice. The hotel crew was professionally nice. However, it was pretty loud because of the airplanes.
