The hospitality was outstanding from the front desk. The location was convenient. The rooms were upscale and the beds were beyond comfortable.

Safe didn't work and was not repaired after reporting it. HVAC operated as Auto only, even if set to Low or High fan. Having the loud unit turn on and off disrupted my sleep. Carpet cleaning scheduled while I occupied the room - disruptive.

The only thing good was the location. The only thing good was the location. But the communication with the facility and booking.com was horrible

Location is good, very clean and tidy rooms with modern plugins Wifi is just ok, not an issue if you're here for the beach but a little slow.

I got a good sleep The room smelled like pot or mold. I told the staff and they recommended I open the windows. I wasn't asked if I'd like to move.. Also the lighting was awful. Too bright!

This hotel charges $15 a night to park for some odd reason and I wasn’t told this by check in associate . Apparently it is shown in the fine print on Expedia if opening up more details page . Don’t get satisfied the price is ok before considering the added $15 to park which they actually charged $16.50 a night for anyway .
