Alana was so professional and helpful. I thought I was booking a different hotel, to be honest, and was disappointed when I pulled up. Her demeanor uplifted my mood and I was fine. The air is on the wall and it points AT an area of the wall that jutts out, so it blocks the air, so it took longer than usual to cool the room down.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was very convenient.

Extreme noise next freeway. A/C unit mounted on wall was very loud and it did not cool the room down during the day. The building had an unusual smell. I had a bites on my foot. Prescription bottles were missing

My first night was ok on my second night is a disaster the frontdesk guyhes so mean and so grumpy ……yes i think 2 times accidentally then he called me out he called me 2 am tosay that and he want me to checkout he only consider of the feeling of people on the ot the other people in other room and he told me my tv running all night so do you have a time out for tv. He calld me bec the door accidentally make sound 2x but phe doesnt even ask us even my neighbor room we can sledp because the dog keep barking and barking and say we pay not much than them i pay a little i remember the front desk said so iwill not get a tub so thats the case if we pay less we harrased liked that 2 am by phone call they can humiliate ne like that now i know ok tnx

Close to the wedding we were going to. They charged us more then they were supposed to and gave us a much differed room than was shown.

Overalla very good. Better if there were breakfast--even a muffin or donut.

Thank you to all staff that helped me out yesterday to make my check-In happen;) I was able to attend my neice wedding @ Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens which made it supper convenient just 7 min away driving:) Respectfully, Campos Family
