The room was very dated & had a bad odour. Towels were thread bare. Light from outside glared into the room as the curtains didn’t cover the window properly.

Not a 4 star hotel. The ocean view is actually the highway and it was loud all night so barely slept. The a/c didn't work and not sure what was wrong with the shower but that wasn't working right either. The parking lot/neighborhood was scary. So disappointed in this stay and wish I had chosen another place.

Breakfast was fulfilling. Beds comfortable. Free parking Shower floor extremely slippery. Had to lay towel down to stand on Shower faucet inoperable. AC in room mediocre Shady characters walking in parking lot and surface streets. Security wold be nice

The free breakfast was alright, they did make the spa hot it was colder than the pool. They did bring out towels Dirty dirty pool and extremely unfriendly.

Also the blow dryer was about to come off of the stucco’s wall. The gentleman at the front was very kind. We’ll be back soon.

Location is fine There were fleas and I woke up with a fresh spider bite on my stomach.

The gym was so hot, there was no water in there. I asked him to put water in there and they never did. Nobody did anything about that AC. It was really hot. Not worth what I paid for. The rooms are really outdated. It smelled really bad.

This hotel relies entirely on lazy "band-aid" solutions, leaving the walls covered in ugly patches instead of real repairs. The lobby and elevators smell incredibly strange, while food flies swarm the dining areas. Housekeeping completely ignores your room unless you explicitly demand they clean it. Breakfast is equally disappointing, consisting only of tasteless, warmed-up frozen food

Don’t recommend. Rude staff. No parking. Parked about 10 minutes away.

Rooms were nice. Served refreshing lemon water upon arriving, nice breakfast offered although we didn’t end up eatting there. Nice thick towels.
